Women’ Attitude to Daily Stress
Let’s talk about how our attitude determines our response to daily stress. It is our mindset that mainly guides our attitude to life. We need to think positively and be consciously aware, if we want to be creators of our life destiny. This approach of taking responsibility for our life gives us inner peace and power, improves our health and relationships, and allows us to really enjoy our life journey.
Attitude is our behavioral response based on the mental outlook we have created. It determines our life quality starting with the childhood and social patterns imposed by our environment. After many years on the path of personal growth I found out that there were three main archetypes living in every human being. I mean the three inner personalities every one of us has and how they can rule our life in the different ages.
1. The Creator.
2. The Teacher.
3. The Healer.
I know what I am talking about because I have struggled with these issues for many years. And the most difficult thing to me was to understand the real meaning of the Healer’s personality type. I know that we are all creators of our own life stories and our inner reality determines the outer world we live in, because every thought and feeling is energy which takes form. Thus we create our environment by our thoughts, feelings and actions. The hard part for me was to understand that we are also self-healers. What I am talking about is that you can examine your physical body by your inner sight because knowing your structure well and communicating with your cells, you can naturally heal yourself.
The more we know who we are, the less stress and complicated life situations we have. Life is supposed to be simple and natural. Its lessons have to be learned with deeper understanding and devotion. Everyone has their place and role in our loving Universe and we are all co-creators in oneness, but we often forget it, feel separated and become exhausted and depressed. I have passed many trainings and courses and finally I found out that every woman and man could work with these three inner personalities, if they wanted to fully represent them one by one.
We are all life novel creators and our life quality depends on our attitude to live and the way we understand which type of personality is acting through us now. I also found out that we all could heal ourselves from all negativities and diseases by being consciously aware of the way our physical bodies function. I know from my own experience that this really helps, because our physical body is very powerful and intelligent: it shows you in a very simple way what is out of order and what to focus your attention on, if you want to live in peace and joy. If we could learn to see the signs of our body and do some prevention and transformation work, we could heal ourselves from all trash in our surroundings.
A very big challenge for me was also to understand the rule “When the student is ready, the teacher will come”, so the statement “When the teacher is ready, the student will come” surprised me a lot, because I thought only the first one was true. After being many years on the path of personal growth I can assure you that both statements are true and they work in cooperation, but the most important thing for me was to really understand that everyone can heal oneself. And because we are all unique human beings, we have different bodies and mindsets, so self-healing is truly specific for everyone. I remember how confused I was when in one of my daily meditations my spiritual guide told me that I was a healer.
It was a real challenge for me to accept that I had this gift and could use it to heal myself and my soul, because this was a gift for self transformation providing my wellbeing and allowing myself to do it alone without relying on doctors and pills as before. I do not say that you should stop taking medicines or having standard medical treatment. But I can assure you that when you become more aware of the personalities you have within yourself, you will maintain your vibrant health naturally and will reduce your daily stress as a final result. I prefer to be a teacher from the three inner roles we can play in life, because it resonates best with me, but most of the time I can observe the characteristics of all those three archetypes in my daily actions and no-actions.
So how can we deal with our daily stressors having in mind the three different archetypes that govern our behavior? I suggest you to become more aware of your life challenges, so that you could see the opportunities they bring you. Start observing yourself and your behavior in difficult situations and especially when you need to deal with a person who makes you crazy. Try to understand which is your predominant personality in each particular case and how you represent it. Do this for at least 21days and see what changes will come into your life. Right now it is the time for you to act, if you want to live a happier and healthier life and to have more time for rejuvenation, healthy activities and fun.
