How the Triple Colored Fire Helped Me Release Stress


Let’s talk about how stress affects the physical body and triggers all negative emotions, difficult people and complicated situations in our lives.

You maybe know that I have been engaged in the fitness industry for many years and have already achieved mastery on the physical level.

I have also passed many courses and trainings on personal growth and I have been working on my personal development and growth for many years to finally find out the best methods and practices which support me to stay on track and to maintain my entire min-body-spirit setup in harmony and perfect balance.

I used many different tips in the last years; I also did various energetic practices on a daily basis; so after applying too many things and as a result of my self-observation work, I finally created my “stress-relief toolkit” for everyday use. And practicing meditation on a daily basis is a part of this “stress-relief toolkit”.

Practicing short silent meditation practices on a daily basis is one of my ways to bring my energy in balance.

Let me share some of my experience with you.

Once when I set up my intention to do a meditation practice to cleanse my thoughts, mental, emotional and physical body, I saw a triple colored fire with the colors red, orange and gold in it.

It surrounds my physical body as a vortex of this triple light. I saw with my inner sight pieces in the form of big sickles that were removing parts of my belly and I tried to make them working also on my thighs, but they went back again around my belly and continue to remove sickles from it.

I кnew that I was clearing something I do not need anymore, but I was not sure what it was, because I knew my belly looked great and I have not gained weight for more than 20 years.

I felt great like always after working with both my emotions and spirituality at a time. I also asked for more information and guidance what was all this about.

The answer came a few days later through the one of my mentors. She told me I needed to free myself from some of the negative stuff I has within myself in order to give a place to the new feminine energies to come and rest in my body. She mentioned that there was a perfect way for this.

She had also seen the triple fire in the same 3 colors like me.

I accepted this as another confirmation that we were living in a new world and we had to attune ourselves in order to have peace and harmony in life.

So how can we do the process of cleansing old stuff that no longer serves us?

You could not know but the belly, hips and tights are the places in the female body where all negative thoughts, emotions and feelings are stored and if you want to release them and be in a better physical shape, you need to do physical and mental workouts in order to master both your physical and mental energies at the same time.

And one of my best practices for doing this is making the vertical figure eight with your hips for at least 10 min a day, because the physical activity is the simplest way to transform stress.

You can just dance this simple movement on music if you like.

Why figure eight, you may ask?

The sacred figure eight is the model set up by default in our body cells, so it is a gentle way to bring the physical body into balance. Thinking positively and listening to music, /knowing that music is the language of the Universe/, helps your mind relax and let go of all thoughts that bother you so as to be open-minded and in a receiving state.

Right now is the time for you to start working with your energies in order to feel relaxed and happy.

Try to practice physical and mental workouts in order to be focused and centered.
