The Top 3 Things That Will Help You Reduce Daily Stress


Let’s talk about how eliminating or even reducing daily stressors to a lower level will help you live a happier and more abundant life. Managing stress in a proper manner will bring you more time for rejuvenation and fun. Rising your vibrations, you will be able to encourage and inspire more people in a positive way instead of playing the role of a life victim.

Playing the role of a life victim is a very common issue in our modern life. After the planetary shift in 2013 we have to consciously change ourselves if we want to adjust to the new energies and live a better life in our new surroundings. No matter whether we understand and accept this shift or not, we are now living in different conditions and time goes faster than before. We manifest everything we think of, intend to do or just pay attention to really at a blink of an eye.

If we focus our attention on our dislikes, fears, doubts and worries, they will come true into our new reality very soon and we are going to attract even more of them, although we do not want to have them in our lives. So it is crucial for us to concentrate only on positive things and manifest what we really want for us, for others and for the planet, so that we could take the challenges, which the new era of the human evolution brings into our changing environment. Now it is the time for us to be more consciously aware of the way we create our lives and to change ourselves step by step aligning with the new life conditions on the planet Earth.

I know what I am talking about because I have had many challenges to meet myself by the end of 2012 and they are still provoking me to daily change myself and my life journey. I do believe that all these triggers are for our highest good and there is a new transformation for everyone of us waiting just around the corner. I know for sure that when you cannot stand something anymore in yourself or in your environment, there is always an exit and a path you need to follow to become a better you and serve people by making the world a wonderful place to live.

So how can we really master this new perspective and live an abundant and fulfilled life in these new energetic conditions? Based on my experience I have found out that there are some common things to follow, if we want a better manifestation and a healthier lifestyle.

1. Enough sleep.

I know it sounds quite easy, but if you master your sleep you will resolve most of your daily problems. Good, sound sleep is equal to a better vibrant health and body rejuvenation. You will feel happier, more balanced and concentrated and you will have more time for yourself, for your   family and friends.

2. Clear focus on what you really want.

In these new conditions determining and focusing on what you want to manifest in your life and day by day will help you become a true life master, because the thoughts on which you focus will become your reality faster than before.

3. Take one action each day, no matter how big or small it is, toward achieving your desire or goal. Try to detach yourself from the way it will happen, but envision the final result and allow yourself to feel, sense and experience it as if is already realized..

Taking action is the key to life manifesting, because your small steps toward your aim are your declaration to the Universe that you are ready and committed to be a life co-creator. Being detached from the way of manifestation will give the Universe the freedom to choose the best aids of supporting you, which will bring abundance of blessings into your life, because this way you are open and grateful to accept from all channels through which the Universe is acting in your favour. And remember that you will be supported to manifest all you want when you are aligned to the bigger plan, when you are open-minded and with a pure heart – ready to accept what is for the highest good and not doing things in “my way”, but in synchronicity and cooperation.

Right now it is time for you to act, if you want to master yourself and your life in these new surroundings we are living. Practice these small but useful tips every time you feel exhausted, depressed or stressed and see the changes they will produce into your body and the way you feel.
