The 3 Most Common Things to Focus On To Reduce Daily Stress Triggers


Let’s talk about some simple things that help women to reduce their daily stress and live a healthy and abundant life. Taking actions towards reducing stress on a daily basis brings you power and viability, so that you become a real master of your life. Only knowing your true power of co-creation, you may inspire other people and be in harmony with all that is, so the Universe will support you in different ways.

Sometimes stress and anxiety seems to be unaffordable in life, but they are good ways to motivate you to act, grow and manifest what you want. At the same time you will learn to manage stress and overcome it, so that you can be in peace with yourself and the environment you live in. You will always have challenges on your lifepath as they teach you the lessons and the tests you need to pass for your personal advancement and growth.

Life is supposed to be simple and joyful. You were given all you needed from the day you were born to the day you die. Complicated situations and difficult persons come into your life as your best teachers to show you (sometimes in a harder way) what you need to change deep inside yourself. Most often it is buried and hidden from your awareness, however, if you are awake and attentive everyone around you and everything in your circle is a mirror of yourself and directs you to your subconscious manifestations, which you need to work out in order to clear or transform. Accepting your shadow sides, facing the obstacles in life and surrendering to daily stressors in order to transform them will result in a better health, harmony and peace.

You do not need to struggle anymore, if you can simply understand that everything in life, including the suffering, stress and difficulties is for your highest good and stimulates your spiritual progress and material abundance. I really believe in this, because when I myself accepted not to struggle in life anymore my whole journey had changed to better. I do not say that you should avoid all stressors throughout the day, or you should not pay attention to them, what I mean is just the opposite: to face and accept them and the challenges they bring. Try to understand that there is an opportunity hidden beneath them and there is always a way out or an opportunity to think, find a solution and act. So, try to see the opportunity beneath the surface and take proper actions or no actions. You could also ask for support from the Universe. Observe the changes coming with this new attitude to life and be more aware of the upcoming transformations and blessings.

You are the only one that really matters in your life journey and you are the most important person in your life. You have a unique physical body, different thoughts and intents, feelings and desires that are unique, so you live in your own reality or in a micro-cosmos, which you choose and create day by day. Understanding and compassion is what helps you not to compare with others being impatient and unkind, especially to yourself, and instead of criticizing, underestimating and judging yourself and others simply being present on the flow enjoying and celebrating life itself.

You are a unique human being and you act, feel, speak and think in your own manner. You live your life experiencing different ways and things, but when you master your choices, everything becomes easy and pleasant, you stay on the track having fun, so peace and joy, love and light, which are your birthright, become also your manifested reality. So what can you do to be fully present now and live in peace and joy. Based on my own experience I can suggest you to start doing these 3 simple tips, helping you to enjoy your journey:

1. Do not focus on other people or behaviors too much.

It sounds easy but as to me I had to make many efforts to finally accept it and apply it in my life. Once you understand your own importance and uniqueness you stop paying attention to the expectations of others: then things start to change and you attain more peace and fun in your life. Remember that people always project their thoughts and attitudes onto you but they are usually different from yours.

2. Do not think there are coincidences in life, because when you understand that everything is inter-dependant and connected, you become open minded and ready for your life transformations. Then you go to the next level of your human evolution and the Universe supports you in a very powerful but non persistent way.

3. Discover that one thing, which makes you happy and alive.

We are different in nature and different things are helpful for the different people, but when you discover the way to feel relaxed and joyful, this may become your relaxation channel. When using it you will reduce and eliminate your daily stressors in a non resistant but quite powerful way. For me practicing meditation, Latin dancing or doing aerobic exercises are the common ways to feel alive and on track. I hope they may help you too, but it is a good decision to find out what really makes you feel happy and rejuvenated.

Right now it is time for you to start implementing these tips in your life, so that you can have a better and more abundant life. Remember that we are now living in a new world, in a new era of the human evolution and after the planetary shift we have to accept the accelerating changes and the upcoming challenges, if we want to live our dreamed life  in these new surroundings.
