When you are already happy and live in the state of allowing new things to come into your environment all happens by itself. You attract happiness because you are happy and expand this happiness all around you. This is the real way to consciously be on the flow instead of being reactive and living in stress.
So how can we master the precious connection with our intuition? I suggest you to follow this simple technique, which will soon reduce or even eliminate the cause of all stress in life. Take a deep breath counting to 3, then breathe out for another 3 counts. Do this for at least 5 min 2 times daily, preferably early in the morning and just before going to bed – it will help you calm down your mind and listen to your intuition. Ask your intuition that question which is most actual for you now.
Remember that the answer may surprise you but be an observer and try not to criticize or judge, just listen. Do this for at least 21 days and observe what new things and changes will enter in you life. You can start to use this technique right now – because there is only the present moment that exists and the faster you start doing changes, the better your life will become. Remember that you have an alternative – to be aware and responsible of your life and master it with love, or to live on an auto-pilot. You have a free will and you can make your choice to live the life you have always dreamed of.
