A Simple Way to Reduce the Daily Stress


Let’s talk about how useful it is to find a way to deal with modern daily stressors. We have to deal with them on a daily basis, so talking about this issue gives us a powerful way to find out a solution that is practical and helpful enabling us to reduce our daily stress to near zero level. We have to accept that stress exists and in fact, it triggers us to move ahead and make changes in our lives. But when we feel tired, exhausted, anxious or angry, it is crucial for us to find a way to overcome this problem in order to preserve our health, well being and prosperity in life.

I have struggled a lot with that issue: at the beginning I wanted to find out what would serve me best, because in my view we are living in a big-energy- information field and everything within us and around us is energy manifesting itself in different ways and forms. So, if you cannot manage your energy effectively, you begin to feel stressed and overwhelmed almost all the time. So, the best way to enhance your energy and make it move in your body is through laughter.

The processes of laughing and smiling release endorphins, or the so called “happy hormones”, which are produced in the brain and function as a natural cure for the blues improving your mood and state of being. Smiling engages all your facial muscles and helps you restore the balance in your body. Laughing out aloud includes also your voice and makes a very powerful combination between the face and throat. We most often communicate through our voice, so this is also the main channel to cure ourselves and release all negative thoughts and emotions accumulated throughout the day.

Based on my own experience I recommend you to follow this simple practice every morning as a first thing for at least 21 days and see how your mood and attitude to life in general will change for better. Every morning look at yourself in the mirror with a smile on your face and appreciation for a minute or two. Say some nice words to yourself like “I love you. You are beautiful. You are shining.” Then laugh out laugh for another minute or two. Send a kiss to your mirror reflection and state how wonderful this new upcoming day in your life would be.

If this sounds very difficult for you, then go online and check a video or a TV station to download or watch on your screen a comedy or a movie that makes you laugh in order to raise your spirits and trigger your positive attitude to life. I challenge you to go and apply this practice, then observe what new will enter your life. Remember that if you do the practice regularly and devotedly, you will have great results and will make improvements in all areas of your life enjoying the journey itself and happily being on the flow now and forever!
