Say “Yes” to Life in order to Release the Daily Stress


Let’s go and see how understanding of life and saying “Yes” to its challenges helps us be in the state of flow and enjoying the journey itself instead of struggling and playing the role of a victim.

When we are in the main stream of life everything becomes easier and you begin to realize how powerful you really are, because you can create everything in your surroundings effortlessly and without stress as a necessity for any action.

Reducuing or even eliminating the daily stress by understanding its true role in your life will bring you a lot of benefits: tremendous health and wealth in life, because you will be aware that you are a co-creator of life and the Universe will begin to support your in your new approach in a very natural and non-persistent way.

You will be on the flow which means that you will be wealthy and less stressed and the situations you have to deal with will transform to better and all around you will become enjoyable and positive in order to be in alignment with the new version of your awareness and responsibility.

So how can we train ourselves to say more often “yes” to things life triggers us to do in order to raise our consciousness and improve our lifestyle in terms of health, harmony and well-being?

Based on my own experience I found out that there was one key determent of what you can create in life called awareness.

Awareness is your understanding of the way you could best operate with things in life and it gives you a crystal clear focus on how to manage your energy in order to create your desired reality.

To be aware is not equal to just forgive someone or to try to understand other people’s behavior because awareness has nothing to do with others. It is a process of attunement to your true self and your core values, so that to implement in practice the things your true self whispers you to manifest in order to live a better and a happier life, without any diseases, struggles and attachments related to what the people around you think, say or do to you.

Living your own life according to your own true values and standards is the real life mastery because you operate from your highest point of view also meaning that you stop to blame or criticize others because you now understand you have created all this stuff yourself so you are the only one that can get rid of all these things which are not serving you anymore.

I remember a video with Bill Harris, the founder of the Holosync meditation practice, where he told about how he trained people to stay negative if they were negative thinkers before they had met before. However, being negative is one thing and it is very different from doing it with awareness which helps the negativity flow away.

Based on my own experience and self observation I know how many complications you could provoke if you start to focus on the problems themselves more than on their solutions.   So, observe yourselves whether you are repeating quite often the word “No” instead of saying “Yes” to life challenges.

And know that when you stop struggling but surrender to life with a gentle acceptance instead of trying to control and hold things, just go with the flow and life will become easier and better for you   and soon you will have more time and space for yourself and your inner world so that to meet your imperious needs and true desires or just to have fun with your family and closest friends.

Remember that when you say “yes” with awareness you release all trash within yourself and become stress-free, more conscious and emotionally stable.

Right now you can start to practice the process of saying “yes” to life challenges with awareness and confidence as the Universe always gives you what you can handle and it is for your highest good. Dealing with the challenges will help you unfold your true potential and master your positive attitude to life switching your perspective from living on an auto pilot to living with awareness and acceptance.
