How to Release the Daily Stress by Taking Personal Responsibility for Your Life
Let’s talks about how we can release our daily stress by taking full responsibility for our lives and the decisions we make throughout our journey on the planet Earth.
To be responsible means “to be in charge” of all things you have to handle throughout every single day of your life because you are the only master of your reality and the most important person who really matters in it.
When you take your own responsibility for all that happens to you in your life, you shift your reality in a very powerful way because you get aware that every thought, emotion, word or even a childhood pattern that you continue to follow is creating your outer world, so if you want to change something or someone in your environment you need to change yourself first and your overall vibration. So, I think it will be beneficial for you to start practicing the process of playing the main role in your life and be consciously aware of all that really matters to you and how to be in charge of it throughout your life.
We are living in a higher dimensional reality now on the planet Earth and we are literally creating and moulding our own world and our individual and collective destiny by each of our thoughts, emotions, words, deeds and patterns of behavior that are manifesting themselves faster and faster with the shift of ages and the beginning of the new cosmic cycle for our Galaxy The Milky way.
Taking responsibility for all that happens in our life is the most powerful and useful decision we can ever make because it is a sign of our personal growth to maturity and through this conscious and brave attitude to life /from the stand point of life co-creators and life masters/ we can achieve all we desire and can open the gates of universal abundance and prosperity as we become “familiar” with the flow of all that is and we start living in fluency and grace.
Almost all my life I tended to be super busy and active and in fact I have not become a perfect human be-ing, but a perfect human do-ing. That has caused me much more stress on a daily basis than normal and has caused me many unnecessary worries of how to manage all my duties and responsibilities throughout the day.
There was a time when I felt proud of myself of being capable to handle with all this routine stuff throughout the day but in a long term perspective I began to realize that it was not worth to live in this way and I did not feel satisfied at all. I even thought that completing so many tasks in a single day had brought me not a step closer to my ultimate perfection level, but a step closer to exhaustion and health issues.
Now I can assure you that all this is over but it remains as a valuable experience for me through which I have grown and have learned that the most beneficial attitude is to have a balanced approach to the different aspects of life. As to the task completion I began to apply the 80:20 rule that states: when you complete 80 % of a certain task and see the results, then you continue and chase the remaining portion, because there is no such thing as perfection and sometimes it is good to finish certain things at a certain level of mastery instead of waiting for the best and “most suitable” time and conditions to accomplish them perfectly or have them at 100% done.
My responsibility for now is to aim these 80 % having them done without any procrastination because this is the real path to follow if you want to be on the flow and enjoy the journey itself.
I can highly recommend you to mentally ask yourself this question each time when you feel you are waiting for something “better” or “extraordinary” to help you to accomplish a certain task.
So, ask yourself: “Will this matter after 7 days?”
The answer of that question will orientate you how fast or urgent your decision making should be and how difficult this task completion will be.
This may sound counterintuitive to you but it can be used for brainstorm decision making as it helps you understand how dynamic things in life could be and that your decision is valuable for the current situation or the present life moment, so by asking such a question you master the art of decision making and taking personal responsibility for this particular moment of your life.
It does not mean that once you make a certain decision you cannot change it after a while, if you suddenly feel it is not so good, because modern life is very dynamic and triggers you to make sudden alternations and changes “on a go”, but it is beneficial to take responsibility for each and every moment, for each and every decision of yours mastering in such way the process of decision making and taking responsibility for your life journey as a whole in order to become a true master and co-creator of your life.
Remember that the way you look at your life is an indicator of the energy you emit to the Universe and by taking the responsibility for your own journey you announce the Cosmic field that you are ready to receive more powerful stuff into your surroundings because you are now the real master and creator who knows and works towards the perfect manifestation of all desired things and best results.
Right now is the time for you to start applying the process of taking responsibility for your life, if you want to create a new harmonious reality, free of stress and filled with abundance, prosperity and joy both in your inner and your outer world because this helps you live a happier and better life.
