How to Reduce your Daily Stress by Creating a Positive Surrounding Environment
Let’s talks about how your surrounding environment influences your daily life.
If you spend most of your time at one place and especially if you work on a full time job /like me/ it is highly recommendable to renew and improve your surrounding environment so that it could stimulate your creativity and your positive approach to your tasks and duties in life. Thus you will feel more balanced and organized with a positive attitude to life and its challenges.
It is also good to remember that we are on a journey and we live in a Universe which existence is based on certain cosmic laws, so it is good to get familiar with them and start creating e new harmonious environment around you in alignment with the bigger picture and with the common energy-information field surrounding us and changing its parameters according to the changes of the collective and individual consciousness.
You are the most important person in your own reality and it really matters to enjoy your life journey and all beautiful moments and experiences in it instead of feeling miserable in your own skin, fighting against difficult life situations and hard people in life and judging yourself and others.
You may never know what’s going on in the mind or in the heart of your colleagues in any given moment. We have the tendency to compare ourselves and to hurt each other so it is up to us to deicide how to deal with all this stuff.
The key to successful life manifestation is awareness because awareness shows you how things in life flow.
If you are struggling in your own skin or if you are seeking perfection in everything and everyone around you this will cause you more struggles and bigger daily stressors than usual and you will lose the battle with life ending each of your days accumulating more and more stress and unnecessary or unresolved worries.
Life mastery means not to control other people’s behavior /in fact, you can control only your own behavior/ because we are all unique and we react in different ways triggered by different things in life.
Therefore, it is really beneficial to learn how to transform your negative attitude in any life situation and especially when it is difficult and challenging for you /if you tend to be more a negative thinker than a positive one you need to train yourself to come out of box and try to find out at least one positive trait beneath the surface/. So, by creating a good and healthy atmosphere around you, for example, if you have a clean and suitable work place you will be able to do your work and your activities much better which will result in a better outcome and better life as a whole.
One of the basic Universal laws, the so called Law of Attraction, states that “like attracts like”, so when you change the way you look at life, the life you look at will certainly change.
I know quite well what I am talking about because I am a very logically oriented person and tried to control and order everything in my life for many years which caused me much more sufferings and worries than people can usually bear.
Then miracles started to happen in my life, which my logical mind could not explain because logic has nothing to do with the Flexible Cosmic Field surrounding us and with the new higher dimensional reality we are attending now.
Creating a new space for the new cosmic conditions and energies we all share on Mother Earth after December 2012 is vital for us if we want to be present here now, to be on the flow and to be able to transform our planet into a better place for living.
Therefore, your number one priority should be to focus on yourself, find and tap into your own sacred space and project it all round you. Never mind where you are and what is going around you your sacred space is always filled with peace, harmony and love.
Creating a positive atmosphere around you can change course of events and relationships, it can even improve the weather. As you emit positive energies from yourself in the form of noble emotions, good thoughts, wishes and feelings, you will attract more of the same to you. On the other hand, if you are experiencing a mental and emotional discord, you will not be able to make good choices and decisions which will make you feel stressed and overwhelmed on a daily basis.
So how can we create a better space for ourselves?
Let me share with you a little secret which I found out to be very useful and practical; in fact, I had learned this simple practice after completing many courses and trainings /and investing a lot of money and time, of course/.
Practice Description:
Try to reduce your daily list of tasks to 3 main things.
Then outline in 3 words how you are going to deal with them throughout the day.
There is a reason to work with the number 3.
It has a very special meaning especially in the new Earth conditions and Cosmic energies we all encounter after December 2012 and it represents the new harmonious beginning to something powerful and different to enter our everyday life.
Practice this for at least 21 days and see how your world will change.
Just observe the changes in yourself, in your relationships and surroundings.
