Practicing Forgiveness as a Remedy for Stress Relief
Let’s talk about how practicing forgiveness throughout the day can become your lifestyle helping you reduce or even eliminate your stressors to near a zero level. Forgiveness makes you feel happy and peaceful, because it is your conscious decision to release the feelings of anger and resentment toward a complicated situation or difficult person you have to deal with in your life.
Forgiveness makes you free, so that you can look ahead and take your “next” step in life, without any regrets about the past and not fearing of the unknown that is coming to you in the near future. Without the ability to forgive and the acts of forgiveness, we retain in our bodies all stress vibrations and psychic litter which will drain our energy away because we can feel this negative energies settled deep inside ourselves. Those unresolved issues will hold us back and away from achieving our life purpose through a vibrant health and abundant wealth in life.
Forgiveness can be a huge challenge for us to deal with, because we often feel a hidden sense of bitterness and anger from the past as well as a feeling of great discomfort about the coming unknown future. The struggle to forgive may create even more tension and anger in our physical bodies than usual, which will finally end in exhaustion and depression, if we cannot manage it in one way or another.
All modern studies and courses of personal development and growth teach us to forgive if we want to be healthy and happy in life so as to fully enjoy our journey on the planet Earth. When you are unable to forgive, the unprocessed issues and negative emotions will be stored in your subconscious mind and the long-term result will be that you will gradually get to livein a survival mode, because no matter how strong and healthy you may be there is always a certain limit of your endurance which is different for your physical, mental and emotional body. Therefore, by refusing to forgive you limit yourself to release what you do not need to hold any more and let go of all those past experiences which store negative energies in your body cells which are then transformed into toxic chemicals and finally may lead to different health problems and diseases – physical, mental and emotional.
It is not hard to understand that accumulating all daily stress. in a long-term perspective will result in a survival mode lifestyle which will trigger you to make some crucial changes in order to avoid the negative consequences coming your way. After making my first steps on the path of personal development and growth I understood how difficult it could be to forgive others and especially yourself when things go hard in life, but when you start practicing forgiveness everything in life begins to change to better and easier than before.
Practicing forgiveness throughout the day was one of my hardest lessons, because like most of us I trend to see things from the past and future perspective, not being present fully now. It was very helpful for me when I got consciously aware that I had created all this stuff in my reality, so by mastering the process of forgiveness I could release it. Gradually I have learned to let go of the things which happened to me in my past without blaming myself that it could be better if I had reacted in a different way. Also, I stopped planning in details how to do this or that in the future in order to live a better and stress-free life, I just set clear intentions and visualize it done not focusing on how trusting that I will receive all that is needed on its time.
Being present now helps you set clear intentions, make good decisions and realize/achieve your goals. You live with grace and ease whenever you are on the flow following your inner guidance and becoming the true master of your own reality. So how can we practice forgiveness on a daily basis in order to improve our lives? There is a simple but powerful way to do this throughout the day. Based on my own experience I found out that this technique was the best for me and it served me many times when I went off track. It does not matter if you are familiar with doing meditation practices or not.
Technique description:
Each time when you feel that things go wrong /or if, like me, you can feel the energy of a person or a situation or if you observe a warning sign in the form of symbol, color, message as usually happens to me when something may go in the wrong direction/way/ just take a few deep breaths to release the tension in your physical body and to change the energy of the situation while dealing with a difficult person, because this is the first thing to do in order to place your attention on connecting to the ocean of love and possibilities which lies deep within your true self. And when you are able to view the things from a different perspective, then you will connect to this infinite field of pure and vibrant energy. When you tap into it and start emitting this vibration of love and compassion, this will transform all negative energy that has been accumulated within and around you so far.
Transforming the vibrations of the difficult situation with that particular person into a higher frequency by your elevated attitude will support you to find out the best solution, so that the final result will be that you will learn your lesson and will start seeing all this as a blessing. Through deep breathing you will bring your central nervous system into a relaxation state and that will shift your perspective, so that you can resolve the problem as soon as possible and in the best possible way. The second helpful thing is to visualize a bright golden globe/circle of Light beginning from your heart center and surrounding you from all sides with that powerful light transforming and cleansing the vibration of the space you are in by changing the energy of the problem you are dealing with.
Right now it is the time for you to practice forgiveness on a daily basis if you want to create your happiest life, because only forgiveness will bring you a true and complete healing through the energy of Love and that will help you be on the flow fully consciously awake, aware and present here now. Try to practice the process of forgiveness for at least 21 days and see how your inner and outer realities will spontaneously and miraculously change lifting you on a higher level of your personal development and growth..
