One Simple Thing to Reduce Your Daily Stress
Let’s talk about how you can successfully deal with difficult people or complicated situations in life, which will considerably reduce your daily stress. People are not bad or good by themselves. It is our attitude that makes them positive or negative in the different situations and when all this is not only mentally but also emotionally charged, things go out of control.

Women are more sensitive than men and complying with their duties and overloaded daily programs they usually generate more stress on a daily basis than men. If you understand, accept and implement this second agreement in life, you will be able to change your reality and as a result you will have a better health and wealth.
Being a perfectionist myself almost all my lifetime, trying always to please others and to do many things at the same time, gave me that expectation that other people had to be “as perfect as me” and “doing their duties” at 100 % every time like I used to do with every task I had in my schedule. Every human being is unique and has strong sides and valuable qualities which should be recognized and appreciated. However, these are usually hidden as a way of self-protection and self-defence, so the majority of people cannot detect them nor they make efforts for this.
Remember that you have innate love, joy and happiness, you are born with them and your body cells vibrate on their frequencies. In fact, unconditional love is our true nature and the mastery of living is to give and receive love. When you want to be perfect at any cost and always do things in the best way you may disconnect yourself from the filed of unconditional love and feel trapped in a vicious cycle of judgment and unsatisfaction, because you expect others to be like you: thus you begin to judge them and do not respect the uniqueness of them and of creation in the Universe going against the Universal laws and principles.
When you get aware that everything you are looking for in life is already at store and at your disposal as it was planned in advance by your soul, you will restore your inner peace and harmony. Then, remember that you have already achieved what you want from the perspective of your Higher self, so you can just try to connect with It and follow its guidance. This will automatically reduce or even eliminate you daily stress , because when you start realizing that your outer world is a reflection of the inner one, everything in life will change to better and you can manifest everything you wish much easier than before. Thus you become a master of your own life and choose wisely what to allow and what to create in it.
I know how hard it was for me to accept someone or something the way is was, not the way I wanted it to be, as perfection is the ultimate goal and to be perfect means to do your best each time you show up in the world. “Do I want to be perfect or do I want to be happy?” This is the question which every woman has to ask herself at a certain stage of her journey, especially if she wants “miracles” to happen in her life.
The real truth is that we want to be loved and happy in life, because the vibrations of love and happiness are deeply connected to our body cells and our core essence, so understanding that and trying to always express the profound feeling of unconditional love is an on-going, in fact never-ending process; it is a process of recognizing ourselves in others, which will lead to rejecting the need to compare ourselves with others. We also start to make efforts not to be or to act like others, but to follow our own inner guidance. The process itself means that you have to let go of the programmed need of having role models in your life which behavior you want to follow. In fact, all these models are aspects of your inner being and when you integrate them, you will feel wholesome and fulfilled.
In conclusion, how can we introduce and implement the second agreement “Don’t take anything personally!” in our lives?
A way to do this is by simply surrounding yourself with a group of people who think and act like you because having their support raises your vibrations; also, the group collective energy is always bigger and more powerful than the individual one. Group support “generates” an energy field around you that strengthens your energy field and protects you from negativity and stress.
People love to share their experiences and things they are familiar with, so there is not a better therapy for you than to participate in such a group. Group support helps you understand the changes you have to make within yourself and in your surroundings, if you want to live a better life and enjoy the life journey itself.
