How to Manage Breakdowns in order to Reduce the Daily Stress


Let’s talk about the breakdowns in our lives and how to overcome them in order to live a happy and stress-free life. Stress is different in nature and it is caused by the many struggles we have throughout the day.

According to Google one of the definitions of breakdown is the loss of mental or physical health or, in other words, we stop operating as unique beings within a determined frequency band, which means that we stop being our true selves, that is why our energies are drawn away and we feel stressed, stuck or overwhelmed in all areas of our lives.

Sometimes it could be very hard to overcome the breakdowns in our life, so if we are not trained and cannot cope with them in an efficient way, this will lead to getting different diseases or even to death on the physical level.

Being a perfectionist almost all my life I had to deal with the breakdowns which happened to me as a result of the difference between my high anticipations and the reality itself; so I had to face breakdowns more often than usually people do.

All energetic practices which I did over the years supported me to overcome my breakdowns easier and faster, but the issue was how to eradicate them forever. When I could find and remove the root of the problem, it would not occur in my life again – and the key was to work upon and change my mindset and attitude to life.

Thanks to all my trainings and courses I finally found out that if I wanted to enjoy my life journey and live on the flow I had to develop different skills and a positive affirming attitude to life; also I had to be 100% present at any given moment trying to make my best in consideration of my higher purpose and ideal but realizing that to attain perfection is a process which should be unfolded in lightness and grace.

In summary, perfection is an ultimate goal but to be perfect means to make your best at every given moment of life and to operate at 100% of your devotion and abilities each time you act in order to complete a certain task or to deal with a difficult problem or life situation occurring along your life journey.

We are all human beings not just human doings and it is useful to remember that each time we try to force and push ourselves beyond our health prescriptions. So the key here is not only to release all our thoughts and ambitions of immediate perfection but also to forgive ourselves for being imperfect and judging ourselves. This will allow us to move forward because through the act of forgiveness we let go off all these things which sabotage us on a subconscious level. Also through self-forgiveness, compassion and patience we can free some space for something new and beautiful to enter our reality.

Expressing self-forgiveness does not mean you do not take responsibility: on the contrary, you not only take the responsibility for your part in this common journey of the humankind on the planet Earth, but you also show the mastery to forgive, forget and let go off all that stuff which no longer serves you moving graciously ahead in the Main Stream of Life.

After December 2012 we live in a new fast-shifting world and have to attune ourselves to the Universal Cosmic Field and raise our vibes if we want to live a better stress-free life, a life without illness and depression. Therefore, we need to attune in to our destiny and unfold our true potential because we are here on a mission and by changing ourselves we change the world reconnecting with the Source of all Life joining the matrix of Oneness and processing the Energy Of All That Is.

Remember that the best opportunity to overcome a breakdown and have a happy and abundant life is to forgive yourself at first place because you play the main role in your life and you are the most important person in it, forget and let go off all these things which block you from achieving all you want from life. Then, you need to stop judging yourself about having hard times along your journey because breakdowns help us become stronger and more attuned to real life and this is the way to follow if you want to be on the flow and enjoy the journey itself.

Right now is the time for you to start practicing the process of overcoming breakdowns if you want to be stress-free and create the life of your dreams. It is very important to understand that ups and downs are a part of the curve of life, so breakdowns happen from time to time and you cannot avoid them, but they are always followed by lifts afterwards. So, it is good for you to change the way you treat them: just take responsibility for your part of the difficult situation, make your best to find out an exit or the best solution, then forgive yourself and all participants, forget and let go without any judgments, offends and regrets. Try to do this process each time you feel you are facing a complication in your life and be open-minded to see what an uplift will follow and how your entire world will change by changing your attitude from resistance to acceptance.
