Living from Your Heart As a Stress Relief Remedy


Let’s talk about how living from the heart will reduce your daily stress tremendously. Love and compassion for yourself and others will transform all life difficulties in a miraculous way and will bring you peace and joy. Heart is located in the center of the physical body. It vibrates on the frequency of love no matter whether we are aware of that or not. In our modern society we are used to consider our logical mind and the brain as its tool as most important in our life. Logic is still on the throne no matter that the planetary conditions have changed toward the feminine energies after the shift in 2012.

In this new dimension time and space have different characteristics and we as human beings have to accept this change and adapt to it, or reject it due to our firmly established mindset and attitude to life. Therefore, now we have to make our most important choices, which will affect our existence for thousands of years ahead. The old “me” reality belongs to the past or to the 3rd and 4th dimensional reality, while the new “we in oneness” reality shows in a very powerful and non-persistent way in this new stage of the human evolution in concurrence with the new level and image of the planet Earth.

Heart is our energetic body center that has its own sacred place, where all our emotions, feelings and fears surrender to love. If we can just listen to its voice and feel the peace and harmony deep inside ourselves, we can live a better life filled with love, compassion and gratitude for being present on the life flow now. On the other hand, if we support our fears, frustrations and stressful situations with all that negative inner talk in our heads we will make them expand and come real in our new reality much faster than before, so we have to face and experience them in a while.

Our heart always knows what is for our highest good, but sometimes we ignore or deafen its voice instead of listening to its whispers and following it. We often overload our hearts with heavy negative states, especially when we seek our happiness outside of us and look for the approval of others instead of just submerging in our inner paradise where we can feel well and be satisfied with our own reality. Remember that words, thoughts and emotions are energies, which have the power to destroy or create: it is up to you and your choice how you will use them and what you will realize in these new surroundings.

So how can we practice love, gratitude and compassion for ourselves and others and follow our heart? Dealing with my problems, I found out that resistance was not the best way to follow, if you want to overcome your life difficulties. Accepting and observing all your negativities and shadows, giving them attention and processing  them is the way to practice love for yourself and live from your heart.

Here I want to share with you a useful practice, which helped me a lot when I was very upset.

  1. Breathe deeply for a minute or two.
  2. Focus your attention on your heart.
  3. Observe the feelings in your physical body.
  4. Observe the thoughts crossing your mind without judging or criticizing.
  5. Imagine a river of a calm blue flow.
  6. Imagine that every thought of yours is a leaf and you drop these leaves in the water one by one.
  7. Listen to your heart to hear its voice and follow the guidance it gives you.

Right now it is the time for you to act, if you want to live a better and happier life. When you master the connection with your heart you will have the inner guidance, which will bring more peace and wealth into your life. Remember that when you vibrate on the frequency of compassion and love for a longer time, you come to live on a higher energetic level. So, you are going to attract more and more people, circumstances and things of similar vibrations into all areas of your life and it will help you manifest your intents and projects faster than before, which is also supported by the new conditions we all have on a planetary and a cosmic level.
