Be Kind to yourself and others in order to Reduce your Daily Stress
Let’s talk about how we can use kindness throughout the day in order to reduce or even eliminate our daily stress. Kindness is deeply connected with the Golden Rule stating that one should behave toward others as one wants others to behave toward oneself”. Understanding the role of any act of kindness and applying kindness as a way to feel useful, happy and helpful for others will result in reducing and preventing the daily stressors and in living a peaceful, harmonious, spiritually rich and abundant life. Kindness is an expression of a humane approach to life, it is a state of being and helps you treat people in the way you want them to treat you.
When you are empathic and perceive how people feel at your presence and how important all your gestures and mimics are, when you choose carefully the body landuage and spoken words you use to communicate with others, then you emit this powerful vibration of respect, love and care – which is also the vibration of kindness and tenderness exercising a very high energetic healing and inspiring impact all around you. And according to the Law of Attraction this will bring more of this same vibration in your surroundings.
Being kind means to respect, honor and love yourself at first place because the most meaningful relationship in life is the relationship you have with yourself and only then you will be capable of supporting other people selflessly and always leaving them free. To treat others well means to know their true essence and communicate with them essence to essence, with kindness and respect, honoring and appreciating their uniqueness in a non-persistent way;
If this becomes your daily practice, you will attract the appropriate people and situations into your life, so that you could unfold your full potential and have a soul purpose-driven life journey ahead. When you have established this foundation of kindness deep inside yourself, then you are ready to go for the next stage which is to treat others with the same respect you have learned to treat yourself.
Being kind to other people while loving and honoring them will improve the quality of the entire life, because we are all connected and live in a loving and supportive hologram Universe. When you get aware of the importance and the cyclic rhythm of “giving and receiving kindness in life”, you will experience the beneficial effects from it and miracles will start to happen in your life.
The Universe always supports you when you support others and in the ways in which you see life around yourself. Therefore, when you see that kindness is in the core of your true essence and you “respond” to it by giving more kindness to others, The Universe will give you all you need to complete your quest and mission and live a happy, abundant and fulfilled life.
Kindness, love and gratitude have vibrations of a higher energetic frequency band and when you emit them consciously you achieve all your goals effortlessly and everything you have dreamed of come true for you.
So how can you master the act of kindness in your life? How can you bring more of this high vibrational frequency in your surroundings?
Based on my experience and all the work I have done for my personal development and growth I suggest you to follow this simple everyday practice of kindness which to become as natural and easy for you as breathing. Then you will tune in to your true destiny and will live in inner peace, love, honor and respect, treating yourself and others through the power of kindness and love; thus you will reduce or even eliminate all your daily stressors when things are not the way you would probably like them to be.
Each time you feel you are losing your temper while dealing with a complicated situation or with a difficult person and you “see” that things go wrong, stop for a while and remember that as you have created this now you have to sort it out, so you are the only person responsible for this and you can find the “way out” from it. Step out of this and try to see the bigger picture. See also that there is nothing wrong with your “failure”, accept it as a lesson you have to learn and simply say mentally “I choose to be kind to myself and I do not allow this to screw my day”
Remember to be kind to yourself at first place, because the way you treat yourself is connected with your energetic field and when you allow yourself to feel this act of kindness you expand yourself and open your true nature to the Cosmic field, so there is no need to apologize and explain with words what is going on, but you are just shifting the vibration you emit replacing the tension and confusion with kindness,acceptance and gratitude, which will change the character of the process in which you participate.
Being the silent observer who has stepped out of the situation or the relationship you have to deal with and looking at this from a different perspective, though the eyes of Love and kindness wil change the energy you emit and will attract from the Universe more of the “new shifted” energy without saying even a single word.
Right now it is the time for you to start treating yourself and others with kindness on a daily basis, because when you get aware of your vibration you become that “conscious person” who is the master of his own reality. We live in a new world after December 2012 so the time has come for most of us to express the act of kindness, love and gratitude more often throughout a single day of our lives.
