How to Live a Stress-free Live by Focusing on your Essence for only 10 Minutes a Day


Let’s talk about how you can live a stress- free life by focusing on quality not quantity of being throughout your life journey. There is no need to spend hours of meditation every day in order to reduce and eliminate the daily stressors we all encounter. Having clear focus on your essence will change your life tremendously because practicing just 10 minutes daily of full concentration on it will unfold your potentials and you will enjoy the journey itself, the path itself from point A to point B, not only the destination.

Your essence is the most important thing to focus on, if you really want to live a better and more abundant life and fulfill your life mission. We are all different in nature and have a mission to complete here now: so we pass through different experiences during our life time on the planet Earth. However, there are some common things that you can use in order to implement that clear focus on your true essence for at least 10 min a day instead of listening to all your mental chatter constantly and being unceasingly involved in your internal battles.

You can apply only one of the suggestions below or you can use all of them or some of them in a certain combination. Whatever you choose, be sure that they will help you become more centered, truly balanced and fully aligned with your inner wisdom and your life mission as we all share very important transional times and very big common and personal responsibilities about our Mother Earth and its future. I have personally tried these useful things and can assure you that by introducing even only one of them into your daily program everything in your life will change to better and easier than it was before.

The Most Important Tips to apply in order to live the life of your dreams by practicing for only 10 minutes a day:

  1. Practicing deep breathing – for at least 5 min a day – it will help you become more aware of your core essence and not take the life challenges so seriously.

We are all students on the Arena of Life and deep breathing helps our nervous system relax in order for us to see the bigger picture beyond the life challenges and trifles. Deep breathing brings more oxygen to our body cells and helps the body processes flow; it calms down the logical mind, so that we can dive deep into our sixth sense – our inner guidance – and use the knowledge of our inner wisdom, so that to live a better and more fulfilled life.

  1. Practicing good posture – it will help you have a better self-image, self-confidence and self-esteem.

Good posture enhances the entire mind-body-spirit set to operate in a mode of harmony and perfection, it also opens the hearth energetic center which is located in the middle of the chest and we start operating and living from that space of love and inner intelligence feeling how it brings all our energies in balance. Good posture helps energy circulation flow because we are all energetic in nature and having a good posture opens all our body cells and channels for the Universal energies.

  1. Being fully consciously aware – it means that we are observant and aware of everything happening in our life instead of going on an auto-pilot; this will help us make better choices and understand the simple rule that states “Go with the main stream of the Life River”. Surrendering to the life flow and being present in the now is a process to be followed and mastered, if you want to re-discover yourself and live a stress-free and abundant life.

The 3D life is represented by polarities like good and evil, freedom and limitations, oneness and separation, love and fear, ups and downs,, yes and no; in other words, there are always periods of progress followed by periods of failures, so it is beneficial to know that the only way to be on track is to be in the main stream. Life river is not always calm and friendly but it is easier to follow the stream than to go against it. And remember that after each experience of struggle something new and extraordinary is waiting for you at the corner, so be ready to receive it in your reality.

  1. Surrendering to life without giving up- it will help you be a life Co-creator and will allow the Universe to give you all things you desire with Divine Timing and Grace.

Surrendering means that you know and understand how the Universe operates and you strive to follow its principles and laws in order to live a joyful and prosperous life. The art of surrendering is the real selfmastery because when you are aware that there are no life coincidences and everything happens to you according to the Cosmic order and law, you can act according to the Divine Will and Plan in co-operation with the Divine Source.

  1. Training yourself to give and receive as you breathe in and breathe out – to be a good giver and a good receiver is essential for feeling well and maintaining the flow of abundance in your life

When you receive the gifts of the Universe with a smile, gratitude and deep appreciation, this way you help the Cosmic order operate in its unique and un-predictable from our human point of view way. Thank the person who does you a favor, but do not try to give back by all means, because you cannot understand what is most beneficial to someone. Be aware that all needed will come to them at the right place and in the exact timing. Thus you will allow things happen naturally, follow their true course and affect life in a simple but most effective way. The return process will always come in a way that supports the person and their life journey in the most beneficial way for their advancement, be sure of that!

Right now it is the time for you to start focusing on your core values that represents your true essence and nature and introducing them to your daily program in order to live a stress-free and abundant life. Remember we all have the same essence that the Universe is made of but it is messed with different ingredients depending on the person you are supposed to be on your journey now.

You and the Universe; these are the two poles of life game – it depends on you to become the real master of your own unique reality and to create a new surroundings for your journey on the planet Earth or to live in misery and debt if you are not willing to change your attitude to live and to attune yourself to your core values.
