How to Integrate Our Inner Parts and Release the Daily Stress


Let’s talk about the different parts which we should integrate within ourselves in order to be on the flow. The process of integrating your different inner parts will help you attain real peace and harmony in your inner and outer life, so that you may have more joy and abundance. It will improve your health and make you feel energized throughout the day.

You will inspire others by being focused on what really matters to you and manifesting your true essence. This is also the way to stay on track and enjoy your way and life journey. People will be subconsciously attracted to you because they will feel deep inside themselves that you are helping them to improve and enjoy their journeys too as much as you do.

We have learned to keep parts of ourselves hidden. We have learned that if we want someone to like us, love us and not reject us we shall try to manifest the characteristics and behaviors which the society expects from  us. The result is that we live a stressful and boring life and we find ourselves to be cut off and very lonely in one or another way, because we cannot express our true feelings, we are afraid to be who we are, we do not allow ourselves to play, to dream and believe that life could be magical. We find ourselves unhappy and depressed because we have lost our true way. When we were first criticized we did not have the social, emotional and mental skills to be OK in the face of others’ criticism.

Today we continue with the old pattern of building walls and hiding ourselves in order to avoid suffering, pain and disappointment. So we find ourselves trapped between being alive and expressing our authentic selves. From time to time we are fully or partially disconnected from our true essence due to the voices of the different parts in us and by the different masks we carry in order to hide ourselves and prevent being vulnerable.

The silent observer in you always watches what you do, say, feel and think without judgment. But as an individual you always estimate yourself and others according to your mental model of the world and society, your cultural and educational background, your beliefs and concepts of what is good and wrong. This is your Inner Judge. Another part of your personality is the Victim of Life. It always says, “Poor me, I am not good enough, I am not strong enough, I am not smart enough, so what shall I do in life, why shall I try this or that?”

I know what I am talking about regarding the different parts or aspects of the personality. What I found out throughout my journey was that I had also The Warrior and The Goddess parts in myself and I had to integrate them all  in order to be fully present on the flow. You may have more parts than me and it is a very good decision to start making conscious efforts for integrating them one by one in order to become wholesome and complete.

After the planetary shift in 2012 I found out that my Goddess started to rule my life. She is associated with the Mother Earth, emitting love and bringing all qualities needed in the new conditions of higher frequencies. This is the sacred feminine archetype and occupies a very central place in the coming new world. It is very important for you to understand that there is not a good or a bad part of your personality. You have these different parts and shadow sides within yourself but they exist only in our mind and it is a long lasting process to understand that and to integrate them all for your highest good.

I remember that before 2012 I had to struggle most of my time with my Warrior part and I was viewing all life situations and challenges as a way to prove how great, perfect and irresistible I was. This caused me many troubles due to my inner mental chatter and I was nourishing my Warrior part for a long time. Now, I have already integrated my Inner Judge and the Victim of Life, but from time to time I find myself thinking that I am the Goddess and I am better than the others. However, the simple truth is that we are all connected and we interact with each other every day. I catch myself that I still have these thoughts from time to time and I take actions toward their integration in order to live a happier and better life.

We live in a way that seems to be normal to the outer world. We prefer not to stand out as being different from the others. We try to be normal but in fact we are different and unique. We are special and have specific gifts to show and now it is the time to shift our minds and to integrate out different parts, so that we could live in happiness and joy.

So how can we integrate all our inner parts for a better and more fulfilled life? I suggest you to follow this simple practice that I used every time I felt off track.

1. Accept that we all have different parts and sides within ourselves.

2. Try to identify which inner part is major in you at that time ruling you as an individual and dictating your actions.

3. Try to master the relationship you have with yourself- knowing and recognizing who you are, how you show up in the world, what your issues and priorities are, whatbehavioral patterns and beliefs you need to change when you feel they block you from happiness, abundance and health throughout your way.

Remember that abundance comes as a result of the study and application of love in the world; it is the real mastery over lack, because in fact there is no lack in the Universe. You can achieve abundance through service for the world and for coming  the “we’ reality in oneness.

You can start right now to identify and integrate your personality parts and shadow sides. The first step is to face them without fear. They really exist and if you accept the theory of their existence half of the work is done. The other part of the equation is to make conscious efforts and be committed to integrate these parts throughout a single day of your life. Be open minded and observe how things will change in your surroundings. I can assure you that when you master the relationship you have with yourself, everything in life will change for better. I knew this from my own experience and I hope you can do this as well.
