How Colors Can Help You Feel Better
Let’s talk about how stress affects the physical body and triggers all negative emotions, related to difficult people and complicated situations in our lives. As I mentioned before I have been engaged in the fitness industry for many years and have already achieved some level of perfection on the physical level. I read a lot of books and completed many trainings throughout my life journey. I also did and I am still doing some energetic practices on a daily basis in order to hold my mental, emotional and spiritual aspects in balance. I often try some new short meditation practices at home to connect with my higher aspects and feel really fit not only physically, but as a whole.
Once when I set up my intention to do a mediation practice for cleansing my thoughts, feelings and my physical body, I saw a triple colored fire with the colors red, orange and gold in it. It surrounded my physical body as a triple fire vortex of Light. I saw in my inner sight pieces in the form of big sickles removing parts of my belly. I tried to make them work on my thighs too, but they went back again around my belly and continued to remove parts of their size. I knew that I was clearing something unneeded any more , but I was not sure what is was, because I knew my belly had not gained weight for more than 20 years. However, I felt great as always after working with both my emotional and spiritual issues at a time. I asked for more information and guidance on what I had experienced. The answer came a few days after through the mouth of one of my mentors. She told me that was a way of freeing myself from some of the negative stuff I had within myself in order to make space for the new feminine energies to come and rest in my body. She had also seen the triple orange-red-gold fire as me. I accepted this as another confirmation that we were in a new world. So we have to attune ourselves to the new paradigm of life in order to have peace and harmony within and without.
So how can we do the process of cleaning the old things (Beliefs, mind patterns, habits and behavioral models) which no longer serve us? Maybe you know that the belly, hips and tights are the places in the women’ body where all negative thoughts, emotions and feelings are stored and if you want to release them and be in a better physical shape, you need to do physical, emotional and mental workouts in order to work with both your physical, emotional and mental energies at a time. And one of my best ways for applying this 3 in 1 approach is doing the figure eight with your hips in a dancing manner on the music you like.
Figure eight is the vibration set up by default in our body cells, so it is a gentle way to bring the physical body into balance. Thinking positively and listening to the music, /knowing that music is the language of the Universe/, helps your mind relax and get empty of all bothering thoughts,so that you can come into a receptive state.
Right now it is the time for you to start working with all your energies in order to balance them and feel relaxed and happy. Try to practice physical, emotional and mental workouts in order to be focused and centered. I will be glad if you share your success with me!
