Dancing the Figure Eight as a Stress Releasing Tool
Let’s talk about the vibrational nature of our physicality. Our body cells vibrate and interact with other energies in a determined frequency band, so we are all interconnected energetically and we are also related to the cosmic informational energy field. Knowing our physical body and listening to its signals will give us tremendous results in overcoming our daily stressors.
We live in a loving highly intelligent Universe consisting of energy and consciousness. Everything in creation oscillates at determined frequency and so do our cells. With our thoughts, feelings and actions we can change this frequency at every moment. If we maintain a positive mindset and lifestyle, we’ll have a higher vibrational status and will attract similar energies to us in terms of events, situations and relationships. So it is all about our energetic attunement and there are some simple but proven ways to align to higher frequencies and attract better and more subtle energies to our body that will ensure our wellbeing.
Dancing for example, is a very pleasant and easy way to bring back the balance between all our body systems, organs and cells. It is a perfect way to reduce stress levels by doing a really enjoyable physical activity be it alone, with a partner or in a group. I worked for the fitness industry and conducted many workshops during all these years, so based on my observations, I found out that dancing the figure eight with woman’s hips is one of the most powerful ways to raise your energy levels and feel better and happier.
Doing these simple movements in some rhythm will help women be more positive and seek less perfection in their lives. Almost every woman can do this stress releasing exercise with ease. It will not take you much time and it is really pleasant to do it. So, I invite you to join my dancing club and begin with the figure eight – dance it after work or later in the evening in order to eliminate all accumulated daily stress. You can do it on music if you want. Practice it 10 minutes every evening for at least 21 days and observe the changes that will come into your life.
Right now begin to use this dancing tool and see how it serves you best. Make a clear intent that you will do it on a regular basis and dedicate 10 minutes of your time every evening. Put a reminding note on your refrigerator, so that you can see it every time you come back from work and do it before cooking the dinner or any other housekeeping activity. Put the music on and just do it. Enjoy the movements and feel the energy flow in your body. Remember not to distract yourself or do multitasking. Only dancing is enough. It is so simple but really effective. If you wish, you may leave your comments and share your results with me.
