A Simple Way to Reduce Stress on a Daily Basis
Let’s talk about how you can reduce stress on a daily basis and live in peace, abundance and joy. Reducing stress rejuvenates the entire physical body and brings more powerful people in your journey, people who act and think like you and you get all you need, including the resources and situations which support your personal development and growth.
Stress influences all areas of our life and makes us feel first agitated and nervous, then exhausted and overwhelmed. Women are very sensitive in nature, they also seek perfection in everything in life, so they need to control everyone in their surroundings to feel safe and secure. Due to their sensitivity they have more stressors on a daily basis and they lose time and energy to deal with all this stuff throughout the day.
Wearing so many hats, working and also taking care for family and children makes them feel tired and overloaded with no time for relaxation and fun. I have struggled with these issues for many years and know exactly what I am talking about. I was often under pressure in the past, so my energy dropped down and I felt tired almost all the time throughout the day. I felt stressed and insecure because I had to do many things at my full time job and for living. I also felt that I dissipated my forces into different directions and channels which made me feel unbalanced and unfocused. I was too busy to pay attention to my own needs and desires.
No matter that I did meditations every day I felt that my life was going on an autopilot and as if out of my awareness. I was neither the boss nor the conscious performer in this process. Circumstances and different people made me go out of control and instead of enjoying my life journey, I was only concerned whether I could have the strength and time to handle with all my duties throughout the day, and all days were like that. After many courses and trainings for personal development I finally found out what served me best and helped me reduce or even eliminate all daily stressors.
So, I suggest you to use my simple practice and hope it will be good for you too. Every time I feel stressed or insecure I look at the affirmations written and placed under my bathroom mirror or at my desktop in the office and read them aloud or mentally. I can assure you that this practice is very effective and can transforms your state in a while. Moreover, it is quite simple for performance: all you need to do is to write down 3 or 5 powerful affirmations on a piece of paper and place them where you can easily see them. Just be careful to use the proper words and present tense, when you create your sentences of empowerment. For myself I have written the following statements:
- I am grateful for and I really appreciate my abundant life.
- I love, honor, and respect myself.
- I am the master of my life.
- I know that every life lesson is an opportunity for me to grow and to transform myself to better.
- Every stressful situation or person I met throughout my life journey shows me something I have deep inside myself that is ready to be changed.
Start to practice this for at least 21 days and see what changes and new things will enter your life. Remember to say your affirmations at least 2 times per day, because in this way you will reprogram your subconscious mind, will nurture your intents with your attention regularly and will manifest what you want easier. Right now it is the time for you to start using your own affirmations, if you really want to change your life to better. Be persistent and try to be more aware when you practice it for achieving better results.
