A Simple Practice that Helps Reducing the Daily Stress
Let’s talk about how using a simple practice in order to reduce or even eliminate your daily stress will bring you a better and more fulfilled life.
Finding your own way to deal with the daily stressors is very beneficial and will help you live in peace and joy, being on the life flow and enjoying your lifetime on the planet Earth.
Stress is number one cause of all modern diseases, so it is obvious for us how important it is to find a way to deal with it on a daily basis. In other words, stress is like an alarm clock ringing for us that we need to change something in our daily routine and organize our time and space to be more correspondent to our true values and inner search.
If however, we end up some of our days accumulating a lot of stress, it is crucial for our well-being to find what works for us to release this accumulated stress and charge ourselves with new positive energy to be ready for the next days in row.
As we are different in nature, we react or not to different life stressors based on our own mechanism of survival which makes us so unique.
But as human beings we also share something common throughout our journey, something that is set up by default in our body cells and this is the vibration of happiness.
Being happy is our natural state of life satisfaction – feeling well without any particular reason just because we are here now. However, nowadays happiness has become more a state of mind because our modern life is ruled my His Majesty the logical mind and we often think and act under its guidance, so through logic we explain almost everything we have already achieved in life and we associate ourselves with that same logic not paying too much attention to the soul-spirit set of our being. We are in a constant logical search of happiness and happiness is always away from us, because we always relate it to our future achievements and success, not being present here now. However, to be happy means to live on the flow, to surrender to the current in the main stream of the river of life and just follow it. Therefore, when we begin to pay attention to that innate state of happiness within ourselves and when we are able to tap into it any time we want and in fact maintain it throughout our lifetime, then we can reveal our true essence in life and unfold our full potentials in a unique way.
As I am more logical too, it caused me years of struggles and trainings to finally find out what was working for me the best way.
The simplest way for me to overcome inner controversy and confusion was to simply be present here now, not complaining of the past or making unrealistic decisions about the future.
Happiness is right inside you, set up by default in your body cells but buried under layers of negativity and sorrows. However, it is our natural state of being but we often forget this. Moreover, when the things go in the wrong direction we feel even more stressed and it is much harder for us to transform this state and understand that it could be different. In fact, it is easier if we could return to our natural state of happiness letting go of all that does not serve us any more and being able to enjoy every single moment of life.
So how can we improve your live tapping into the state of happiness on a daily basis?
Why is it so hard to be happy in each and every moment of life?
Based on my experience I found out this simple practice that could help us return to our natural innate happy state of being.
Each time when something or someone in your surroundings is not the way you expected it to be, remember a situation in your life when you were happy, happy without any reason, just happy like a child and then try to attune yourself to the energy of that situation in order to shift your vibrations and connect with your body cell frequency of wellness and joy.
By changing your own frequency you change the energy of the situation you are now involved in and you begin to feel more love and appreciation for the present moment of life and be grateful for the chance to be in such situation that is an opportunity for something new and positive.
Happiness as I have already mentioned is a positive attitude to life and it can be easily attained and trained when you appreciate the beauty and pleasure of every simple thing in life.
For me, having my cup of coffee in the morning before going to work is my starting point to express and feel happiness throughout my new day because this is my simple daily routine and my way to return the vibration of happiness into my body cells.
Happiness does not have to be complex because it is our default vibration to which we can return just by doing simple things and gestures that make us feel well and confirming we are on the flow where everything happens with ease and grace.
Right now you can start to implement the practice of being happy throughout the day for at least 10 min a day and see what new will enter your reality.
Try to do this for at least 21 days to make it habitual and see how your reality will shift.
Remember that when you are aligned with your true nature and start to vibrate on the highest frequency of happiness, miracles will begin to happen to you: for instance, you may hear your inner voice and perceive your intuition, so that to follow it, because it knows what is for your highest good at every moment. In this way, following your inner guidance you will have a better life without struggles and difficulties and enjoying every moment of your day.
