Yellow Energy Practices for Stress Relief
Let’s talk about the meaning of the yellow color. Yellow is the color of the third chakra located in the middle of the chest, below the ribs. It is also known as the Solar Plexus.
“Am I good enough?” is the predominant yellow question that you may ask yourself.
My answer to it is very simple, “You are good and you deserve to be happy and rich. This is your birthright and so it is”.
Yellow symbolizes the energy of the analytical mind. It is connected with Fire and Sun.
Yellow is the color of social networking. It is the color of detachment and originality.
Yellow is very diplomatic, clever and tolerant.
Yellow activates our memory and encourages communication.
The Solar Plexus is also connected with self-confidence and self-esteem.
When you stand in your own power and become the unique person you are meant to be, it is the yellow energy that moves you forward and up to manifest your Personal Power and Uniqueness.
Yellow is the color of detachment but it is also the color of burnouts – when you forbid yourself to take some rest and recharge, nothing useful happens to you and through you.
Remember that you are a part of a bigger picture and things happen to you at the right time with the Universal support.
Just allow yourself a break, give yourself some deep breaths and be thankful for all the good things along your way.
The yellow energy is represented by the number three (3) according to the Pythagorean Method.
Three (3) is the number of harmony and balance and all good things along the way. It is all about the Man-Woman-Child unity represented in a triangle form. Three (3) is the number of intelligence, wisdom and understanding. It has a lot to do with any kind of conscious creativity – there is so much mental energy and power in it. Along with creativity it is also related to imagination, optimism and joy.
But in order to get the most of this color you have to be relaxed and balanced, right?
Therefore, to get all benefits from that shiny color and be empowered for future actions without any burnouts, you can use some of my Yellow Energy Practices.
When you think too much and feel confused, remember that you are not alone. Someone else has already overcome this state and has paved the road to inner balance for you.
There are many practices that you can use but I highly recommend you to do one of the following two simple things:
- Just go for a little walk to ground yourself and get rid of your headache and burden.
- Having a Massage or a meditation is also useful for getting your balance back.
Why am I talking about the yellow color empowerment? Because my own major life lesson is connected with it. I know how hard it was for me to leave control over everything and surrender life. You cannot do all work at once. Part of it can be done tomorrow but you need to recharge yourself to be able to complete successfully the task you are working on.
I challenge you to introduce a daily meditative practice to your everyday schedule and do it for 7 days in a row at least in order to get good results.
Plan it and then do it – try to go outside of the logical mind and trust your gut instinct.

Remember that you are the Creator of your reality, but who says that the only way to create is under control and by logic?
Try to keep the road and be in harmony with your core self in order to understand what lays beneath the surface of the challenges that pop up on your way.
Take care of your body by letting go overthinking and remember that you are really unique and precious by only being present here on Earth.
Remember what I have told you about my yellow lesson in life. I have found out that aerobic exercises, Latin dances and massages work best for me.
