How to Immediately Release the Daily Stress
We all know how dangerous it is to live in stress and fear for a longer period of time in our life on the planet Earth. We all have fears inside ourselves because we are here on a journey that could sometimes be very scary and unpredictable. We all have ups and downs in life: some days are lighter for us than others, so it is very useful to find our own way of dealing with stress on a daily basis.
Releasing stress makes you feel happy and rejuvenated, gives you more time to meet your own needs and desires and to have fun with your family and closest friends. It makes your body cells sing when they feel the light and love surrounding them because love and happiness are those higher vibrations, which are set up by default in our physical bodies. The simplest and easiest way to align yourself with these vibrations of love and happiness is through music, because music is the Universal language and it brings all your energies into balance in just a few minutes.
For myself I have found out that listening to Latin dance music is my way of reducing daily stress. I prefer listening to it because I adore both its rhythm and sound. I have passed many dance classes for more than 15 years during my career as an aerobic instructor and I know from my personal experience that Latin dance and music are my way to rejuvenate because they bring into balance all my energies and charge my body with new life force and joy.
They help me align myself and connect with my true self because they are the fastest and easiest way to elevate my mood. Just listening to one or two of my best songs or aerobic dance compilation CDs makes me feel better and this is my best way to stay on the flow throughout the day.
Right now it is the time for you to apply this small practice of music therapy on a daily basis if you want to create your happiest life, because listening to your favorite music for at least 10 min a day will help you reduce your stressors to minimum and be fluently on the flow. Try to practice this for at least 21 days and be open-minded to see what new will enter your life.
