The Best Thing You Can Do to Live a Stress-Free life


There is a secret that explains why some people are more successful than others and why they can attract with ease whatever they want from life. This secret is known as an attitude to life or the so call mindset. Having a proper attitude to life especially after entering as a planet in the new dimensional reality since December 2012 will help us enjoy the transition itself and be present on the flow of life.

The most important thing you have to master throughout the journey on the planet Earth is your mindset. According to the Google search one of the most popular definitions of mindset is: “a particular way of thinking” or “a fixed state of mind”. I can add to this: mindset is a personal attitude to life that triggers you to act or non-act in different life situations”.

Your mindset can either make or break your success. And it consists of all beliefs and childhood patterns that are grounded in your conscious and subconscious mind by your family life and social surroundings. They are also shaped and molded by your educational and cultural background, by the social beliefs of what is good and what is wrong, because they are build-up your belief system about who you are, what you are capable of and what you think you deserve in life.

So, it is obvious that when you think deep inside yourself you are “not good enough” or “not capable”, or even that you “don’t deserve” something you limit yourself in a very destructive way and when this is not only mentally but also emotionally charged things go out of control; and in time you begin to feel tired, exhausted and overwhelmed. This unjust attitude to yourself brings you in a viral spiral where you are thinking those same negative thoughts again and again and the final result for you is becoming weak, ill, unsatisfied with everything and accumulating more and more stress with every new day throughout your life journey.

The good news is that a very few people are naturally born with this “loser’s mindset” or in other words only a few of us are born to be “negative thinkers”. All this negativity and uncertainty in life is secondary and acquired from outside, so it can be regulated by will and easily replaced or transformed. Most people have to observe their thoughts and feelings and if they work regularly on their positive mindset, they will create their stable harmonized character and will master their love-based behavior in life. I really mean a regular self-work which has nothing to do with working hard.

The first step to master your behavior is to become aware of your life course, which means to stop living on an autopilot. Awareness helps you understand that life could be different when you release and let go of the things and beliefs that no longer serve you, especially if you want to simplify your life journey on the planet Earth. Seeking for perfection in everything and everyone almost my entire life was one of my life lessons which triggered me “to cultivate” the success mindset and to improve my life.

Based on my own experience and practicing the process to become a better human being instead of human doing most of my lifetime, I found out that there were some common trends that could help you master such conscious behavior in order to achieve that “successful” attitude to life. I would like to share with you those 3 most useful tips which helped me shift my mindset and live a better life.

  1. Being a good learner – because when you are willing to learn something new you put yourself on an ongoing basis and thus you train your brain to think: remember that when you apply this consistently even the thought that you are doing something new and interesting will stimulate and mobilize your energies and you will feel refreshed and motivated to evolve.
  1. You probably have heard that you are what you think, so thinking rightly and surrounding yourself with people who are positive and successful in life is a good way to master your life attitude and your optimistic mindset.
    There is a study that shows: every time when you want something new to enter your life, for example, a bigger outcome, new car or purpose-driven job, stop and think of your 5 closest friends because they define what you have already achieved in life, so it will be beneficial for you to “introduce” new people and invite new situations into your reality, if you want to play a “bigger life game” because it is up to you to allow this “bigger game” to enter your environment.
  1. Do not distract yourself with different trifles, like watching too much television or reading the yellow pages and the “leading news” in the newspapers and magazines, because they are meant to access your mind on a deep subconscious level and “program” you in various ways, especially by the adds.

We are living in a new world marked by the date December 2012 when time began to accelerate and goes much faster now than before. We can manifest the things we want in our reality at a glimpse of an eye, so we have to be awake and aware about what things we want to co-create in our surroundings.

Right now it is the time for you to master your attitude to life on a daily basis if you want to create the life of your dreams and unfold your full potential. Remember that success and happiness in life are your birth qualities and they could be your life essentials, because when you get aware of how things in life could be and you are ready to achieve them, you will first change your behavioral patterns and will release all that is holding you back from the wonderful things you want to manifest in your reality. Then you eill be ready to receive the support of the Universe and will allow your dreams come true in a very natural and non-persistent way.
