The 5 Most Important Things That Help Reduce Your Daily Stress
Let’s talks about some little things that we can use in order to reduce our daily stress. Using small tips and things that help us deal with daily stressors makes life easier and better and gives us more free time for ourselves and for having fun with our family and closest friends.
Stress exists in our lives no matter if we are aware of it or not. It can be different in nature and when we cannot cope with it in a long run this leads to getting diseases because long-lasting stressors bring the entire mind-body-spirit set out of balance, so you feel exhausted and imbalanced most of the time.
Based on my experience in the field of daily stress management, and from my self-observation work and personal growth practice I found out that there are some common things that we can use in order to reduce or even bring the daily stress to near a zero level.
1. Let go off the past.
It sounds very simple to say it but it is not so easy to apply it because we tend to stay wired to our past life and especially to our strong emotional experiences and bad memories. Then, we often blame and criticize or even judge ourselves about our actions and motivations in the past events and moments when life had triggered us to react in a certain way. Thus we mentally replay the same negative situations many times, punishing ourselves and being stuck in the past, which makes us unhappy. That is not characteristic of any living being on the Earth, only of the human being.
2. Make friends with your mind and heart, co-operate with them to reach your daily program and life purpose, but do not forget that you are more than them, because you are not only what you think or what you feel: you are bigger than that, so treat your mind and heart “user friendly” but let them know who the real master is and who rules your life journey.
You are deeply connected with all your thoughts, beliefs, educational and cultural background, childhood patterns, emotions, feelings, different experiences and lessons, ups and downs in life, in fact, you are a unique and powerful being, so remember that your mind and your heart are just a part of all your 3D equipment, so start to co-operate with them and use them in harmony and synchronicity, but be aware how magnificent and powerful spiritual multidimensional being you are.
3. Observe carefully all your actions /respectively non-actions/ especially in times of difficulty or when you have to overcome a complicated situation or to deal with a difficult person that makes you crazy and out of control. Try to look at these more complicated situations in your life through the eyes of a stranger – or a person who is not emotionally involved in all this.
4. Always listen to your intuition or the quiet voice from within because it is your guidance system that knows the right answer and what is good for you right now. Check it regularly, love it and take care of it, because in this way you can change your life and will strengthen your connection with the Universe and the Source Of All That Is.
5. Use your inborn talents and gifts to contribute to a better world because you are here with a purpose and living a purpose driven life is the only way to overcome all life challenges and complicated situations so that you can enjoy your journey on the planet Earth.
Remember there is nothing wrong with you and despite any stressors and hurts that have been brought into your reality by now you can still find out your inner strength and manage to live in peace to become the perfect and divine human being you are meant to be.
When life goes out of control it is easy to think that something is not OK with you, that you are wrong, worn out or broken, in other words you are not good enough to be happy and all you deserve is suffering and pain. Then you are pushed to struggle with the stress on a daily basis and you expect to encounter different difficulties throughout the day. This is the way in which you create your pessimistic or skeptical attitude to life, which is not productive and beneficial for you in any way.
The real truth is that Love is the creative Divine power in the Universe, it is the vibration set up by default in our body cells so when we are aware of this and remember or learn again how to love, no matter how badly we were treated by life so far, everything will shift and our attitude to life will change, so we can reduce or eliminate the stress we have every day. In this way, we are going to be free and we can unfold our true potential and our sacred essence. Living a harmonious and fulfilled life can help us further on to make good decisions, take inspired actions and realize our elevated life goals.
Right now is the time for you to start applying these five tips on a daily basis if you want to live a better and happier life, a life free of stress and negative emotions, so that you can enjoy your journey on the Mother Earth and fulfill your life duties. Try to practice all these tips regularly or at least use one or two of them introducing them to your daily program for 21 days to see what new things and trends will enter your surroundings.
Be more self-observant and consciously aware about everything happening in your daily life to notice and mark the achieved results. I have personally tried all these five things and can assure you that they are very efficient. They have helped me many times in different problematic situations throughout my life journey and have enhanced my progress on the path of personal development and growth.
