A Simple Thing to do in order to Reduce your Daily Stress


Let’s talk about a simple and easy way of coping with the stress in your daily life i which will improve your health and will allow you to unfold your true potential. It called in one word – sound. Sound is the Universal language of being, so it is beneficial for us to have some knowledge and skills in this field understanding how this language works if we want to live a better and happier life throughout our journey on the planet Earth. Sound is anywhere around us and it can be easily observed by listening to the bird’s songs and thestream water murmurs out there in Nature.

Everything in the Universe has its own sound and uses it in a different and unique way. The first Universal sound is called “OMG” and we can use is as a mantra to bring our energy back into the physical body and to balance our entire mind-body-spirit set. It is the sound to which everything responds and it is beneficial for us to simply introduce it to our everyday life in order to feel relaxed and stress-free.

The easiest way is to simply sit down in a chair with a straightened back and foots on the floor at a shoulder distance apart so that you can concentrate and sing “OMG” feeling the vibration in your entire body. See how rejuvenated and centered you would feel in just a minute or two after implementing this simple thing in your everyday life.

If you are not very familiar with this sound or you feel this is not your way to go, then I suggest you to use your preferred music: after listening to one or two of your favorite songs or pieces of music you will notice how quickly your mood will be shifted and you will feel more positive about yourself and your day.

Another way to manage your stress effectively is by starting your day with your favorite uplifting songs. I do not recommend you to use the alarm clock for wake up in the morning because it could be very stressful and harmful for your nervous system. As a   big fan of the Silva method I trained myself to start my day in a Silva way (which is to visualize before you go to sleep the desired wake-up time with no concerns whether you will get up that or not) (clocks and alarms are “forbidden” there).

The essence of the abovementioned is that music is a great inspirational tool and simply by listening to your favorite music each time when you feel not so good will make you attune to a higher frequency: music will infuse different vibrations into your body cells, vibrations that will help your body feel better, rejuvenate and align to the oneness with all that is in the Universe.

Right now is the time for you to start using music on a daily basis or at least each time when you feel something is going in the wrong direction and is not the way you want it to be. Try to do this for at least 21 days as a first thing in the morning and see how your life will change. Remember that through music you connect yourself with the entire Cosmos so you bring the Energy of All That Is in beneficial co-creation of your life and the entire world.

This is the simplest way to shift and boost your day, to feel inspired by your life journey here now and to be in the main stream of life where everything is easy to be followed and your life improves considerably by recognizing, accepting and appreciating the thing brought to you by that same stream.
