The Perfect Way to Reduce Your Daily Stress
Let’s talk about how to find the perfect way to reduce your daily stress. Modern life is overabundant with stress and if you cannot deal with this problem on a daily basis, in a long run it will affect your body systems and organs finally leading to health problems and diseases. So it is good to start looking for a proper way to resolve this problem if you want to live a care-free life and enjoy the journey of life itself.
Stress is different in nature and has psychological and social dimensions. We have to deal with the modern daily stressors, so talking about stress and discussing the different ways to overcome it gives us a powerful way to find out what works best for each one of us. Most people struggle with life and prefer to think mostly about what was in their past or spend much time in day-dreaming creating great visions about their future.
There is nothing wrong to live mainly in the past or in the future among your sweet memories or guessing what will come next, but it is obvious that it is much better to be present now, to be flexible in life and to realize that life is very dynamic and the things which happened to you in the past present your past experience from which you have learned your valuable lessons, so that you are able to continue ahead and face what is happening now to you in your reality.
On the other hand, focusing too much on your proposals and visions of what may come to you in the future is not recommendable because this way you block yourself from all the blessings which the Universe is bringing you at the present moment but you are missing them. Thus you stay for a long time in a resistant state not acting on time and not receiving what you deserve.
You are the way you are and when you accept fully and truly yourself, you will be in a state of happy being gathering your own experience on the planet Earth. Love, joy and peace are in your birth rights and their frequency band is set up by default in your body cells, so the energy you are in essence is your center of stability from where your power and abundance originate and flow.
You can transform your life right now. There is nothing wrong with you right now. When you are centered in your own birthright here right now everything is fine. And from this seed of power coming from the present moment you create abundance or misery in our reality. Open to who you really are and enjoy the present moment, because this is all you need to do if you want to live a stress-free and fulfilled life, making good decisions and realizing your goals.
Success in right here with you, because you are a born winner and the more you push yourself to be different or to create concepts about the future or to preserve regrets about your past, the less you open yourself to the abundant Universe and the less you can be on the flow of life. I know this from my own experience because I have overcome my inner struggles and have substituted my plans about the desired future with beautiful visions of the goals already achieved . In contrast to other people I had no regrets about my past but I used to plan my future in details and created notes and lists of things to do. Moreover, I my mind was overcrowded with so many ideas that I had no rest and experienced a lot of troubles when things did not go my way or when I could not realize some of my plans.
In fact all these courses and trainings which I passed in order to evolve myself gave me a better understanding of life principles and also, of my state of being, because I finally found out more about my true essence. Now I know that I am a unique being and that to be different from others is not a curse but a blessing. So, now I try to enjoy each and every life moment instead of thinking of my purpose in general or having struggles about how big my goal should be in order to become a better human being and unfold my full potential.
So how can we enjoy the process of being present here now and start looking at life as a circuit of present moments to be followed one by one in a calm, natural and stress-free manner? Based on my practice and self-observation I found out a very helpful simple technique of learning how to be present to “here and now” and appreciating your reality. Each time you start thinking about your past or imagining the desired future, just stop and ask yourself these simple questions:
Who am I right now?
Am I fully present now?
Am I aware of what is happening to me at that moment of life?
Can I appreciate this moment without judgments or regrets?
You can start right now to use this technique and to see what changes will occur in your reality. Be open-minded to notice the difference in your attitude to life. Observe your inner and outer transformations and if you wish, you may note them in a diary. Try to stay present and grounded this for at least 21 days to see how this will shift your mind and surroundings and how you will begin to enjoy a happier and more abundant life.
