Seven Not-to-do Things in order to Reduce Your Daily Stress
Let’s talk about how you can easily release your daily stressors when you stop doing some activities throughout the day. When you decrease the level of your daily stress through a better organization and time management, you will have more time for yourself, for your family and closest friends and also, you will have more opportunities in life and will enjoy the journey itself: all is up to you because you are the only person who rules your life journey and if you master your attitude to life, you will become the real master of your new reality.
You can be a life Co-creator but you have to choose what you want to do and what to avoid, so that you can live a fulfilled and joyful life. Here is the most useful way of reducing your daily stress to near a zero level and it is to make a conscious decision not to do the things listed below anymore in your life:
1. Stop bothering yourself about what other people think of you! Remember that we are all different in nature, so we think, act and react in different ways according to our beliefs, background and educational patterns which are rooted in us from our childhood by our family and surroundings. Remember that you are the principal character in your life play and you have the chief role at the stage of your life. If you take everything and everyone in your life too personally, this will lead you to stress and exhaustion, because you cannot assume and control what other people think or see in you and how they choose to treat you.
2. Don’t play the role of a Life Victim because you create your own life and choose what to put in it, so you have to take the responsibility of what you have created. There are no coincidences in life and everything you attract is in alignment with your vibration or the field of your aura. Changing your thoughts and states of being equals to changing the vibrations you emit. According to the Scale of consciousness used in the Universe guilt and shame are at the lowest level of 20 out of 1000. Vibrations of Love and Joy are at 500 and above on that same scale, or they are in the middle of conscious awareness.
In conclusion, if you think positively and appreciate the things you have already achieved in life, this will automatically raise your frequency and will bring you to a higher level of understanding how things in life go. There is a universal Law that states “Like attracts like!”, so when you change your daily vibrations with more positive ones, then you will start attracting more of these positive vibrations into your life: the final result is that everything you attract and manifest changes for better and becomes easier than before.
3. Remember that you are a human “being”, not a human “doing”, so it is not beneficial for you to “do something” all the day long. You also need some rest, relaxation and solitude for yourself. Give yourself a break after each period of activity, practice to have some time for rest and fun after each work and enjoy being at the present moment; for example, appreciate a beautiful landscape, sunset or something else aesthetic that has attracted your attention, or if you are a coffee lover like me, just enjoy a cup of coffee before rushing again to you daily program.
4. Make a “to do list” with no more than 3 things to accomplish that day. My advice to you is to remove strong words of obligation from your vocabulary like “should” and “must” When I did these things started to change to better in my life journey. Writing “to do lists” of 3 things is very helpful, because firstly, you don’t overload yourself with too many things and secondly, you feel joyful, when you have managed to accomplish those three items. On the other hand, number 3 has its own meaning of harmony, balance and result /every number has its meaning as well as every symbol and figure in the Universe/.
Number 1 is the leader, the Father- the only thing that is good to be done.
Number 2 is the pleasure, the Mother, the second one that you choose to do or not to do.
Number 3 is associated with the mental energy, which is a combination of 1 and 2 (the physicality of 1 and the emotional nature of 2), the Child, the result
Number 3 is the end point of the mental attitude and a new approach to Love and harmony which is always associated with number 4.
Number 4 is the number of Nature, the digit of the Mother Earth.
Reducing the long “must do lists” to a daily list of 3 most important things that you CHOOSE to do on a particular day will be very beneficial for you because it will give you clarity and will result in more free time to meet your own needs and desires throughout the day instead of worrying about all “shoulds” and “musts” you have to accomplish and feeling stressed when you cannot cope with them.
5. Allow yourself to have an alternative day every week or month. Try not to be perfect, not to be serious that day, go out of the box and allow yourself to do something interesting, funny, childish, brave, adventurous. If you are very detail-focused like me and want to know and arrange all details in a situation or a project; if you are very “logical in nature” like me, try to understand that every one of us is unique, so do not expect other people to have the same approach or the same abilities like you, so visualize everything happening in a perfect way, but accept the things and people as they are.
I am a Virgo sign and my motto is “I ANALYZE!” In the past I tried to be perfect and to store all details in my mind while working with people or completing a project. I can assure you that this caused me a lot of unnecessary worries and disappointments whenever meeting the “imperfections” of others. I still remember one of my mentors and the words she told me /as you know on each stage of our life we met a different teacher in order to attain the skills we had to learn/. There is always a teacher in your life and usually the teacher and the student learn from each other, especially at times when we both go into a new stage of our personal development and growth and when we have to let go of the things which no longer serve us in order to clean space for the new things we are aiming at to enter our new reality.
Having that in mind I still remember the words she told me many years ago:
“Be tolerant to people who do not have the power of your mind. You are very technical orientated and in every situation you see all details and have at least three solutions to offer for a current problem, so you seek perfection in everything you say or do. I see my younger self in you, so if you want to improve your life learning from “my life lessons” just slow down your level of perfection. Try to complete 80% of the task and then go aiming at the next one”.
She is an outstanding woman: a healer and a great teacher. She was the first woman I met in my life who had survived after battling cancer many years ago and she was very practical always giving all her students the best and simplest pieces of advice what to implement in life and how to go ahead. So, if you are a perfectionist as I used to be, you may want to apply the rule of 80% completion and see if it will work for you.
Now when I look back and reflect on the time of my spiritual studies, when I also completed few seminars in the field of color and light therapy I can tell you that number 8 is the digit of love in its higher vibrations and manifestations, e.g. unconditional love, Cosmic love and Universal love: love which is express without putting labels or limits onto things and people in life. Such is the love of Mother Mary, for instance. Just imagine the strength of vibration of the digit 8! And go for it, apply it in your life!
6. Be your authentic self. No matter what you do in life, you can do it with dignity Have you noticed that people are naturally drawn to someone who is self-confident and has set up her boundaries in a very powerful but non-persistent way?
People do need role models which to follow. Most of us were attracted in their childhood and teen-age by such models: be it a teacher, a movie star or other authority which to resemble. But the most magnetic people are those who emit peace, harmony and stillness because that is what the majority of modern people lack in their everyday life. We are all connected in a big common energetic field and your aura responds to the energetic waves emitted by those around you, and especially by the persons you interact with. Thus, you can end your day very exhausted or overwhelmed, especially if you do not pay attention to yourself, being very busy, interacting with many people and willing to do many things at once.
Recall your first impression and the feeling you have when you meet a person who is calm, balanced and self-authentic. You can perceive his serenity and inner peace, in fact you are naturally drawn by this spiritual oasis because you are now experiencing that there is something “different” than rush and stress, competition and battles in life. You want to be like that person and to model the quality of serenity in life. You want to be calm, balanced, self-confident and clearly focused on the real values in life. You want to follow this person whom you liked as a model character in your life.
7. The art of saying “NO”. Train yourself to say “no” in a gentle and calm manner when you really want to say it instead of feeling guilty about not doing it. It is a real mastery of the art of living and for me it was one of my hardest lessons in life. As I tried “to do my best at 100 % each time”, when someone asked me for a favor I would spend many extra hours at my office doing other people’s duties and depriving myself of time to meet my own needs and desires.
At some point (in my case it was when the building, where I did my aerobic classes became a famous restaurant, so I had no place to rejuvenate and do my physical exercises / I found out that saying “no” was very hard to do only the first time, but then you could refuse much easier. So, it is very important for you to master the process of refusal, if you want to live a better life and have more time for rejuvenation and fun.
Training yourself to say “no” when you really mean it instead of getting busier and busier is a very practical approach in life. Do not always try to please others and get your approval, but set up your boundaries and be your authentic self here now. Believe me or not, people will begin to respect you much more when you have self-respect and they will become attached by your inner power. So instead of going away from you( as I thought would happen to me at that time/, people are drawn to you and call you more often than before. Having your own boundaries defined and showing them to others improves your attitude to everything in life and shows your uniqueness in a very simple and powerful way.
When you are true to your Divine essence, to your core values and standards, you will respect both yourself and others, and people will appreciate your authentic wonderful presence. Those who are clairvoyant can “see” the beautiful field of your aura, while others will just “feel” your beneficial influence through the positive energy you emit.
Remember that after the planetary shift in December 2012 we are living in a new world, a world trying to set and balance the Cosmic Trinity within and without: the Sacred Masculine and Sacred Feminine Energy as well as the resulting Energy of the Divine Child, so right now the moment has come for you to master your behavior and let go of the patterns of behavior which no longer serve you, if you want to live a better, joyful and stress-free life.
