Not to Be Pushy as a Remedy for Stress Relief


Let’s talk about how simple things in life can bring you happiness and joy, eliminating the daily stress when you are aligned with them; then you “feel” deep inside  that everything in your life happens for a purpose, there are no coincidences, but the events you are involved in follow a certain regularity and order reflecting your inner states.

When you are attuned to that “feeling of synchronicity” you are allowing things to happen in a natural and non-persistent way and you are truly opened to the Universe and ready to receive; in this way, you can reduce and even eliminate your daily stressors in a very fluent way. Being impatient, being too pushy and busy only with the daily schedule of tasks was “my way” to operate with things in life and this brings me a lot of stressors to handle with on a daily basis. I used to be a very pushy person and it costed me many efforts to finally find out that I really had a “gut instinct”.  My little voice always tells me what is beneficial to me and what is not “mine”; the point is to follow it, because in fact I am very logical and want to explain all things in life through my logical mind.

The real truth is that miracles happen in life and they cannot be explained through logic.  When you trust your intuition and “gut feelings” and you are ready to listen to these feelings, you stop being pushy throughout your lifetime and you follow your lifepath in alignment with your true self emitting the core values you have deep inside you. A genuine woman who has the strength to express herself without words by emitting her feminine charm and inner beauty will certainly influence other people’s life is a “role model” that we all want to follow.

Charisma is not always an inborn quality – it may have no direct connection with your skills and talents: but it can be easily achieved through your alignment with your core nature and essence, through your deep connection with the Source of life and achieving the perfect balance between your inner and outer reality. Being pushy and willing to do so many things at once /as I used to act in life most of my time in the past/ is not good as it makes you feel and act like a robot. You want to do all things that “should” and “must” be done and thus you have no free time for yourself, you do not have a good rest and fun. You also eliminate this simple rule that states: we all have the right to choose what things we want to put into our lives, so we always have the right to choose and we can change many things that do not serve us anymore, including the list of the “shoulds” and “musts”. “I choose to… “gives you the power to recreate your reality and the power to be a life co-creator. It brings you an abundance mindset that will soon change your life style and will result in more time and space for yourself and your new priorities.

So how can we stop ourselves from being too pushy in our lives on a daily basis?

Based on my own experience, self-work and self-observation are very important. So, I suggest you to follow a practice given below in order to achieve a  stress-free and fulfilled conscious life. Each time when you feel that things go wrong or you are seriously “attached” to something happening in your life, just stop for a while and stay attuned to feel  your physical body sensations, because the way your body feels is an indicator of the way “you operate and deal” with all things in your surroundings. If you feel tension or discomfort, it indicates that you are “playing too hard with life” so it is beneficial to stop and feel what your physical body “tells you” about the situation you are dealing with. Then you can relax and feel free to implement the new experience in order to improve your life for better.

Right now you can start practicing not to be so pushy on a daily basis in order to master your reality. We live in a new dimension after the planetary shift in December 2012, so it is beneficial for us to attune ourselves to this upcoming era of the new human evolution. We have to change our attitude to life and to attune ourselves to the entire Universe implementing the lessons, which our physical bodies give us, so as to develop new skills and allow things to come into our reality in a natural and easy way. I can assure you that trying not to be so pushy will help you realize your goals and master your behavior because it is interconnected with your true essence which is unconditional and internal love to everything in the entire Cosmos.
