Being on the Flow helps Release the Daily Stress


Let’s talk about how being on the flow and enjoying the journey itself reduces the daily stress to near zero level. Swimming in the “main stream of the Life River” is the best way for you to stay on track and appreciate life beauty.

There are ups and downs in life and we “travel” throughout our journey having moments of security followed by moments of uncertainty to finally find out the middle way that helps us reduce or even eliminate the daily stress. We pass through many obstacles on our lifepath in order to choose the best way, not knowing exactly what awaits us around the corner. To most of us even the thought of going into the river is  scary, because the current is wild, dangerous and unpredictable. The course in the main stream might be strong and it is hard to know what is coming next. But once you make the decision to jump in the river of life everything becomes easier and better than before.

Remember that life always gives you things to handle with because this is the way to develop and grow. No matter what we  go through in the difficult situations and with challenging people, it is better to remember that there was someone else who has been in a similar situation before, so you can benefit from his experience. It is very beneficial for you to remember that every time you feel confused or insecure in life there is a person around you who can support you and understand you. You can also look for someone who has passed through similar things to give you a valuable guidance. This is the importance of the network support, but as to me,  I have understood it in the hard way. You may have different mentors during each stage of your evolution; however, you always need a community or a group that can hold a space and a vision for you supporting you in times when you are not capable of going alone.

We live in the “we” reality after the planetary shift in December 2012 and the new reality is different than the previous one. Group supportive energy is  the energy which we  receive when we do mediations with our closest  friends, because of the power of our integrated energy which is usually greater and more attentive than the individual energy during the meditations which we practice alone at home.

If you really want to heal your daily stress, there are some measures you can take as a rescue remedy: these are as follows: be grateful for the life obstacles at the first place, practice being on the flow at the second place, and join a community or a small group of people is the third one – all these are needed in order to make the first step towards happiness and wealth in life. It is not so easy to find a community of people who think and act like you, because we all  interact with each other in different occasions but to find kindred people who are willing to support you and co-create your bigger visions with them in unity, fellowship and oneness is the core element for everyone’s success.

I had many mentors throughout my journey and each of them was the best for a certain stage of my evolution. Many of them became my  friends, but in my spiritual group  where we do meditations for a better world, for “a better me” and “better we”, these are the same people  no matter of the stages of their journeys, because of the common thread of life that connects us and the common activities we do together to master our lives and  become more and more aware of our essence and raise our conscious mind so that we can accept and transform each “coincidence” of life throughout the day in order to benefit from the challenges and enjoy the journey itself.

How to find the right people and community for yourself is a choice that every woman has to make on her own,  because this has to be consciously done, so that you can become the real master of your life. When you find the group of people that resonates with you the best, you will be guided to the right circumstances and resources and the Universe will support you in a very powerful way, because  the greater integrated collective energy will bring more and more of the same vibrational frequency not only for you as a member but to all other people that are consciously working to make the world a better place.

Now  is  time for you to start living your new and conscious life, interacting with people that will support you to in  different ways  to make your own space and the entire world a more harmonious and happier place for living. Remember that obstacles are part of our journey, so try to face and overcome them in order to follow the life rhythm and be fully present here now, on the flow!
