How to Release Anxiety and Stress
Let’s talk about how a simple practice can help you live in peace and abundance. Finding your way to reduce and eliminate the daily stress is a process of mastery and it has to be consciously done. Simple things work best in life and they save us time for rejuvenation and fun. We pass through stressful situations day by day and spend a lot of time doing many things and being engaged in various activities throughout the day.
You know there are ways to handle with this but you do not know where to start from and how to make the right choices and take the wisest decisions, in other words how to develop a winning attitude to life instead of playing the role of a victim. I have passed through many personal growth trainings but also from my own experience I know that the best way to handle with the life obstacles is to have your energy focused and well-balanced. I use a very simple but powerful technique for this, which I share below to serve for your highest good
1. Open a new file on your computer or take a piece of paper and write down all the things you want to get rid of. It could be a quality you don’t like in yourself, a person or a situation, whatever you want to let go.
2. Print the file or take the written paper in your hands.
3. Tear it into small pieces and say mentally “I am releasing that now!” Do this for at least 21 days and feel the lightness that will come to you. Also observe what new energies and things will take the released space in your life.
Right now it is the time for you to start practicing this technique in order to change your life for better. Remember, there are no such things as mistakes and failures in life – it is only a learning experience. Letting go of negative memories is a powerful way to transform your life and to free space for your beautiful dreams, visions and desires reconsidering your past in the light that problems are usually learning experience and overcoming them helps you to develop and grow. Therefore, we have to be grateful for becoming wiser and more powerful now.
