Just think about the times when we are full with energy and joy. Happiness should not be exceptional state this is a natural state of life and it could be constant. Apathy is an emotion that brings our energy down and put us in low vibration. Everything we experience in our life is a result of the law of attraction. Happiness and joy are vibrations that bring more power and energy in our life. On the scale of consciousness guilt and shame are at the bottom while joy and peace are on the top. Vibrating on a higher level helps us to attract everything we want.

When we feel that the small things take us out of control or trigger irritation or anger is time to stop and think how to overcome it trying to find the deepest reason to act kike that. We could experience anger in many areas in our life. Whatever it is we better examine what stays beneath. It could be stress, irritation, unconscious fear, lack of confidence or low self esteem. These all depends of your self acceptance and how you can find solutions before the crisis strikes.

Many times we plan to do something but instead we find ourselves resting or feeling lazy and staying in our comfort zone. There are many case studies about the theory of comfort zone. A very good example for all modern women is playing too many roles and feeling overwhelmed: hard full time workers, someone’s spouse and someone’s child and being bombarded with all this information and stress they receive throughout the day.
4. Powerless.
When we are giving our power to someone else, when the control of our lives is out of our hands we feel stressed and overwhelmed. It is critical that we find the source of this feeling. It could be a financial issue, a negative emotion or a physical body problem that makes us feeling this way. If you expect to get your power back from some outside sources- gurus or teachers- welcome to the club. But remember you are the only one who knows what is the best for you here and now and bring back your personal power and take control over your life.
5. Depression.
Depression is loosing the taste of life. It is a lack of hope that life could be better and full with joy and happiness. Depression is a very common disease in our society. It is lack of believe in your own power. When you don’t believe you can create anything and your energy goes down.
6. Lack of self-awareness.
It means you act like a robot. Your life becomes uncolored and you are cycling all the time having the same life storm lessons over and over. This brings the misleading feeling of safety and security and keeps you in your comfort zone but are fully aware that is not the right way.

This could be for example changing your job or a relationship or adjusting your expectations. One could be stuck because is passively waiting for someone or something to change him and bring him back on track. It might happen but the results are usually disappointing and there not as good as we expect they would be.
What to do? It is time to act. Go out your comfort zone and see what works the best for you.
1. Take a moment for yourself in the early morning and think for a moment about something in your life you want to change. It could be a thought, a situation or even a person.
