5 Things That Can Help You Reduce Your Daily Stress Efficiently


Understanding what causes you stress throughout your day and finding a way to deal with it right away will help you to enjoy your life journey, have more time for yourself and friends and live in abundance and peace.  When I think about what brings stress in my life, it is always when the reality is different from what I have expected – either because I want it or need it,  It could also be different from my idea of what is really good for me.

I suppose it is my higher mind that always knows what is better for me, but we as human beings charge everything with our emotions putting much of our energy  into our reactions and assessments. I always try to look at things from various perspectives in order to see different sides of the entire picture, but it is sometimes hard for me to understand the real meaning beneath the surface an the interconnection of things.

Albert Einstein once said that you could not solve problems with the same mindset with which you had created them in the first place. Mindsets are in a deep connection with our roles in life. We wear different masks and play different roles at any stage of you personal development and growth. We have these shadow parts within us and play different personalities on the stage of life, but in a certain period of time there is a major role which rules our life. I have found out some of my main personalities and I can assure you that this is a long lasting process to accept and then integrate them all making conscious efforts for this. Some of them are still within my being as different parts of myself but I know I am going to integrate them only when I am fully and truly ready to do it. For example, I still have the Warrior, Inner Judge, Life Victim and Goodness within myself, but I am more aware of them and their manifestations now, so I do not allow them to rule my life any longer. My Warrior and Inner Judge have been always stronger than my other inner parts but I am working toward their integration for attaining a happier and more balanced life.

I often use a system of self-guidance which helped me many times when I was troubled. I suggest you to try it and maybe it will serve you well too.

1. Be your true self. Every time you feel things go wrong, mentally ask yourself whether that is good or bad for you.

2. Observe your feelings in the physical body. If you feel warmth in your heart center – that is a certain sign that your intuition is guiding you and you are on the right path.

3. Express your feelings by positive and powerful words. Feelings are the driving force of our thoughts. They are charged with much energy and it depends how we express them, what words we use, as the different words are at a different level on the vibrational scale of the Universe. Expressing love and gratitude in warm, sincere words will raise your energy level and you will attract everything and everyone on the same level to come into your life.

4. Do not work so hard, because it is not the only path to success. Finding balance between work and rest is a life mastering process and it can bring health and abundance back into your life.

5. Do your best in every situation and behave well with every person in life, because this is the way to feel balanced and centered. This is the way to eliminate the voice of your different inner parts and to be fully consciously aware and complete.

Apply this system every time you feel stressed, unbalanced and overloaded. It will help you calm down your mind and be on the life flow. Right now it is the time for you to act, if you want to change your life for better. Remember that willingness and constant daily self-work will lead you to success in really improving your life journey.
