Let’s talk about happiness and how introducing it to your everyday life will help you release or even eliminate the daily stress in a very powerful and useful way. We are energetic human beings in nature and the frequency that is set up by default in our body cells is the frequency of Love.

Happiness, on the other hand, is a state of being, not just a feeling, thought or an emotion. On the other hand, when you focus on something good and positive according to the Law Of Attraction more and more positivity enters in your world and then you feel OK, because you are not having disempowering thoughts, feelings and emotions as you focus only on one thing at a time, so you cannot be happy and unhappy both in a certain moment of life.

2. Expressing gratitude.

According to the existing Universal vibrational scale Gratitude is a very high vibration and when you express it often you put your vibrational state of living in alignment to its frequency and thus you begin to attract more of it in your inner and outer reality.

3. Laughter.

Through laughter you can easily eliminate sadness and all negative stuff from your life. When you laugh – mentally or out loud you trigger all your face muscles and begin to feel younger and more beautiful than before. Do not take yourself too seriously because when you laugh while facing complicated events or difficult people in life, through laughter you “unfreeze” the stuck situation because you change the energy you put in it and that helps you shift it and get better results.
